Hi I just bought the plugin and am now trying it out of course. I am using it in conjunction with Woocommerce and Dokan Lite direct from the WP depository. When I see a product to edit via wordpress admin I have an auction option. However if I try do edit a product direct through the Front End there is no auction option. Must be my bad for sure. Heads up on this please

Hi, auction integration for Dokan was made by Dokan devs and is included in I think their business version of Dokan, so not possible to use lite version unfortunately. Our integrations for group buy and lotteries work with lite version too.

Hi, no, but you can accomplish that with code snippet – to generate order automatically for won auction and then email notification for that order is sent out.

I have using the settings: Enables / disables ajax current bid checker (refresher) for auction – updates current bid value without refreshing page
The price is refreshing correctly but the username remain the same until i manually refresh the page.
Like you see in the image i have attach in the original ticket. I use 2 accounts to test. And the price was refresh instantly with Ajax but the winner name is not changed. The user is change just at manual page refresh.
Let me know what to do to fix this.

Hello, you can categorize auctions like explained here https://wpgenie.org/tutorials-category/how-can-you-create-auction-lot-with-simple-auctions but also use tool like Dokan marketplace which allows users to register as Vendors and sell their own auctions.
If you don’t need multivendor features then categories and tags are fine.

I know you said Dokan, but I am doing low cost market research, any major limitation you see with WCFM? - When I post auctions under another vendor, in order to separate lots (WCFM or Dokan) can all the auction items end the same time, or can I do a window of time for all items to cycle through? - And similarly to above, also with main store profile, can all items have the same or a window of timeframe for the event? - What can I use to quick import product cards from Amazon an Walmart using product links?
Hi, it works with WCFM too. Auctions can end at same time if you set same end time for all. You can use CSV import for auctions, yes.
Hello! Presale question here. I would like to set it not literally as a reverse auction, but more as a best offer module. This means that some user posts a product/service request, the suppliers receive a notifications (via email, sms,...) and they answer with their best offer, but the user is not forced to choose the one with the lowest price as there could be other important factors he needs to consider. Also, can the user or the admin set a maximum timeframe for the bidding process? (for example: 2 hours from when the request has been created)

Hi, out of the box not possible, but I guess with some custom coding that could be achieved. I think offers plugin for WooCommerce would be more suitable since you cannot manually select offer but user with lowest offer is the winner.

You cannot get Simple Auction with Dokan, there is no such licence.
désolé il vient donc du theme ibid qu’on a acheté mais le support est expiré depuis 2 semaines on est tres embete car on veut que des frais de livraison avec dokan s’applique mais impossible avec les produits encheres on ne sait pas pourquoi ?
If you obtained plugin with theme then support for it is provided by theme developers.
Been using the proxy auction feature for about a year. However the proxy input field is now missing on the front-end for each of the product pages even though proxy is enabled on the product pages and in the admin settings. So a person can’t enter a proxy bid. I can’t find it on your website auction examples either. How can we get this back as soon as possible?

We are plugin developers and our plugin has an Auctions module based on Simple Auctions ( https://woocommerce-multivendor.com/docs/auctions/ )
On a customer’s site, it seems the wc_get_products() function does not return auctions. I don’t understand why. I tried with all plugins disabled except WooCommerce and Simple Auctions, with storefront theme, etc.
Do you have any idea or suggestion please? I can’t figure it out
Hi, most likely setting “do not mix auctions with regular products” is enabled so auctions are filtered out from loop of regular products.
