Please explain how the grace period setting works—I see no information about it in the documentation or knowledgebase.

A client has a member subscription for each new fiscal year that expires on a certain date each year. Instead of defaulting the member to “inactive” upon expiration, the client wants to give them a generous grace period to purchase the new membership subscription for the next term.

Does setting the grace period for the length of time the client allows keep the member account active until that grace period expires, or until they purchase a new membership subscription?

The link to reset the password doesn’t work.. I read that many other people have this same problem, the password change system needs to be updated.

Be sure that the concern is coming from the UMP plugin side and is not generated or altered by other plugin. This is an easy test that can be done by yourself.

I have a question about user roles. Does the plugin can add a user role to a user who purchased a membership? If it’s possible, then when the subscription is over and not renewed, it is possible to change the user role automatically? Thanks.

Yes, it is possible to add a user role based on membership. However, it has to be removed/changed manually once the subscription is over.

Is there a code i can use to show the transaction history/statement to the user on their dashboard? is there a shortcode?

Also, will it be the same as woocommerce transaction history or will the subscriptions happening on your plugin not relay back to woocommerce transaction history?

purchase code error.. when i add purchase code the error comes i think ur purchase code is wrong

There is no error but a message that let you know that your purchase code is already used in a different website, so you will have to revoke the license first.

how can i revoke there is no such website like papa.itsolexperts.com

We revoked the license from that website for you, now it should be free to use.

There is an issue with the plugin regarding, WordPress user roles, in the option “automatically switch roles when payment is confirmed”. If the user chose a paid option the roles will change even if the payment was not successful.

is printable memebership card is available in this?

Yes, you can generate Membership Cards for members and you can customise them with different templates and colours. They can download it from their account page and may print them for further usage outside of the website.

I want to report the same bug as michiiee (7days ago) and williamgrant06 (9days ago). If users want to reset their password they get an Email with a link to do so but clicking the link they get an error message. The “normal” Wordpress password reset process works just fine! So the bug has to be with the plugin.

I have had multiple problems with the plugin already and the support team wasn´t helpful at all! I just got short answers in the sense of “it is what it is”. At the moment it creates more work for me than it saves. So I am absolutely not willing to pay again to renew my license just to get an answer like “it´s your fault” when it is clearly not. I am surely getting really upset with the plugin and the creators behind it.

Checking your all your previous tickets all of them have been properly covered with detailed responses. Still, you should take in consideration the marketplace support policy which clearly mentions that customizations is not an included service.

Related to your recent concern, are less chances to be something directly related to the plugin or a “bug” once the same plugin is installed on over 32k websites and for them the workflow is following his purpose without any problem, If a such bug may exist definitely you may see thousands of complaints.

There maybe some differences in the definitions of detailed and customizations. I won´t press this point any further and I will delete my comment and my rating once I get this major issue to work. Hopefully with your help. In the worst case by myself and with investing a lot of time and effort.

But clearly there was a change since version 11.7. The php files for the Reset Password process changed a lot. classes/ResetPassword.classes.php ist now classes/ResetPassword.php and there are some changes in the file. public/action-reset_password.php was changed and depricated. And there where changes made to public/functions.php to in line 647 to 656. Probably some filters and actions were changed as well in the process? They have to because of the major change in renaming the resetpassword.php file. Maybe some corrections and adjustments are missing? I really don´t have time to look into it any further. But as a result of the upgrade from version 11.6 to 11.7 (and in 11.8 still) the last step of the process doesn´t work anymore. The email with a link is send but the link doesn´t work. Maybe a lot of people waited with the update (wise desicion)? Some obviously did and have the same issue. The native wordpress rest process works just fine. And now I would really love to know how to get it back to work. Just tell me which files I should change. Or where the missing link is. Or if I just have to downgrade completely. Thank you very much in advance.

You may revoke the license by yourself directly from plugin dashboard, in the website where the product is currently activated.

The purchase codes or market purchases are not handled or updated by us, unfortunately but are entirely under the marketplace management. Still, we have not found any wrong or outdated purchase code so far, so just be sure that has been typed properly or you’ve used the right one. Hi there, the plugin has a bug! This has already been reported here (see williamgrant06) in the comments section. It seems to cause a memory leak. When doing a password reset and clicking on the password reset link in the mail with the ending WWW.MYDOMAIN.COM/?ihc_action=arrive&do_reset_pass=true&c=SCqopNAMXg&uid=343 the page throws a HTTP error 500. Error logs are telling me that PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes). Even without paid support, you should fix this ASAP!

There is no a such problem reported so far inside this product. If you need any technical help you will have to renew your support subscription once this is a paid service. Stop using alternative channels in order to avoid this.

Just look down some comments, comment by williamgrant06 reports the same issue with password reset. We will see if someone else is reporting, but i am pretty sure this is a plugin bug.

Do you support multi-level approval for new member registration? for example based on level new users request for level 1 must have approval from both administrator and level 2 to be accepted.

The only users capable of approval are administrators, so you can’t set-up a multi-level approval involving lower roles.
