Apologize for the confusion. Actually, we are using H3 HTML tag for the heading and your accessibility tools seems to have a larger size for the H3 HTML tag. Unfortunately, we do not have the proportional size with respect to your accessibility tool. We will check if we can do something from our end to manage the size but it will take some time.
I can see the issue with the rich text is you have embedded it in an H3 tag for no reason. So a rich text section is h3 span p when all I want is the p that I have added. For the heading I have set it to H2 but you have then added 2 span tags, again for no reason, so its H2 span span when all I want is an h2 tag

To confirm the issue, you would need to check PHP server error log. Please enable WordPress debugging and check if there is any error log generated on your server in the wp-content folder. It will help us to identify the exact issue.
You need to enable the following settings in wp-config.php and further need to check if there is any error log generating while performing the action where you have this issue.
