I too am having an issue with the carousel that started with the latest update. All my carousels are only showing two items regardless of how many items are in the carousel in the back end.

That’s strange!
I’d like to inform you that we’ve tested the Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder and haven’t come across such issues as yet. Therefore, it is hard to help without looking into it.
Moreover, theme authors alter plugins a little before bundling it within their theme and are responsible to offer updates and support for the bundled plugins. I’d suggest you to get in touch with your theme author to look into this. They can get in touch with us if they need help.

Last version breaks the carousel and makes the whole page freeze! Unfortunately I can’t download the previous version…
bsf_shubham: even though our support is expired, we have paid for your plugin and with last update, your plugin breaks whole website, so it will be nice to respond to us too, or we have to request a chargeback from Code Canyon. We were kind enough not to download your plugin from the dozen of NULLED plugin sites.

Hi, The latest release (3.19.15) includes a security fix for shortcodes and various improvements but there is now an issue with the carousel, which stopped working after upgrading (no cache, same issue on multiple website) and freezes the page (scripts times out). I have submitted a ticket with the details. Changing the new version of ultimate_carousel.php to the previous version seems to solve the issue but obviously this is not a proper fix. Thank you.
I have sent a test page to the plugin author.
Not 100% sure but the issue seems to be triggered when infinite loop is enabled…

Yes, I contacted the plugin author about the issue with the carousel and a link to a test site to show the issue (unresponsive web browser). This is linked to the code added to strengthen the plugin security (shortcodes). This is becoming rather urgent now. Thank you.

Pre sale question : hello, i use a lot of website under WPBakery and my problem is that i often have problem with displaying media grid. Some people see the images, others dont. They just see the “three dots” animation and nothing appears. I wonder if you have a bloc like “grid galery” who works ?

Its not your business, I know ! The block is called “media grid” and my question was whether there was a block in your addons that had a similar outcome (grid gallery) and in this case, I would, of course, be willing to give it a try

Hi. I have got this with a theme and was looking to add some row separators like in your demo (triangle, waves, etc). But i can just not see that module in the list. I only see row image separators. Has that module been removed, or is something else wrong with my theme/plugin?

Row Separator is not an element but an option in the Row settings.
For adding the images, videos, background colors, etc., while using the row separator, you might want to add images in the background of the Row Settings then than default after enabling the row separator from the effect settings.

Hi, the majority of templates I use have your plugin pre-installed and I constantly get this message: Please activate your copy of the Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder to get update notifications, access to support features & other resources!
I cannot get rid of it as there is no (x) to hide the box… I can’t activate it because I didn’t purchase it (directly)... please will you advise me how to get rid of this – or provide a way of activating it if it’s provided from a template? Basically, theme authors often alter and customize plugins a little before bundling them with their theme.
So you need to confirm with the theme author for the same.
