Same issue as michaeledi below. Also the user avatar is going behind the top menu bar. Finally choosing design type: liquido, New Excite, Flat, Default makes no difference they all do the same. Looks like a bugged update.
It is not a bug. The WordPress default version or some plugins prevents scrolling of the menu when it is long. So we have added scrollbar in order to access the bottom menus. We will add an option to enable/disable in the upcoming update.

The new updated version seems to have a bug: The admin menu has scroll bars after I upgrade the plugin, I tried to add CSS overflow to solve it but it doesn’t work, please check how to solve it, thanks.

Same issues as the above user @miratech mentioned, mine is also having the profile image top section hidden a bit, no matter what, the overall scrollbar design is really annoying, please provide a fix at your earliest convenience!

I purchased a regular licence in 2021 (Item ID: 8183353) but now when I try to insert the purchase code into the WP site, an error message is generated that the code cannot work. When I tried your support does not go past the expiry date. At the very least you should be able to determine the problem that your plugin cannot authenticate the purchase ID now

When you try to activate the purchase, it will contact the Envato API server. Sometimes the server will be busy and if you try after few minutes, it will work as you did now.

I see we can modify style of almost anythings (menu, admin bar, etc).
But is there any style modification (colors, etc) we can do for the admin pages (like Products / Posts / Media / etc) ? Or those pages style will remain the same classic WP style ?

The inner elements remain default, as seen in the demo video and screenshots, because those areas will also include elements from other plugins such as custom fields generation plugins, page builders such as WPBakery, and so on. As there are millions of third-party plugins available, customising the inner elements will be an infinite task.

Visually, it is possible with WPShapere + WPSPowerbox addon plugin. With the addon plugin you can add custom links to the admin menu.

caused critical error w gravity forms plugin. Not updated in months. Uninstalling
Hi,
It is a known issue with Gravity forms plugin.
When you enable “Hide admin notices for specific admin users also” under WPShapere -> Admin notices, the admin notices array will be removed.
The plugin gravity form has a code error that is not checking for an empty admin notices array in the plugin code, and they are not accepting it to update it because the error is coming from their plugin only.
So the only option is, you need to select “Show admin notices for specific admin users” or other options under WPShapere -> Admin notices if you want to show the form to other user roles. This will resolve the issue.

Hello. I want to use the wpshapere for my site. But I have a problem. my site is a multisite, I didn’t network activate it. Only on the primary site, but when I go to network admin wpshapere is working there, however all pages there are blank! I had previously tried wpshapere on the similar setting and was working fine, suddenly I have an issue, why it doesn’t work??

In case of multi-site network, you need to activate the plugin for the whole network using “Network activate’ link. Otherwise, it won’t work.

The admin menu customization will work on the basis of user roles and not user wise. So if all the vendor is assigned the same user role, then you cannot have different menu for each vendor.

How can we do the settings for submenus in Powerbox? If we hover, then the submenus should show instead of clicking on the dropdown arrow. Any suggestion on this?

I had installed WPS Powerbox which is an add-on for WPshapere. I had installed the WPS Powerbox as I wanted to add menus with URL links for the Client Admin. All went well but I could not able to change only the text color and icon color for the profile and log-out option. However, everything could be changed in our Admin(User Info) but not in the client admin. Though every setting is done on the User Info side.

Apologies for the confusion but for WPSPowerbox client menu, the user info color settings are provided under WPShapere -> Powerbox Sidebar Menu -> Scroll down to “User Info”.

when creating a new post, the W logo which is in the top left corner has been replaced by our logo (great), however, the new logo it’s oversized so you only see 25% of the logo.
