If you’re talking about Memory:
It’s surprising that the admin bar list query is consuming this much memory, unless the hosting environment has limited resources.
Please note that this will only load in the backend, not on the frontend.
If you’re referring to the database size, for a standard website with around five plugins installed, the total size of the wp_options table typically doesn’t exceed 5 KB (we’ve confirmed this on our end). I recommend checking whether another plugin is occupying that space or verifying that you haven’t installed too many plugins that are overloading the admin bar list.

We cannot reset the key on our side as it should be done by Envato.

However, the error may be due to the reason that the Envato API server may be down or slow at the time when you try to activate the license or your server does not with installed cURL library or may not allow running the WordPress function wp_remote_get().
Please try to activate the license once again in some time.

Apologies for the delay. It’s different hook used to hook the customize the admin menu. It is introduced for finding non-English words in the menu slug of some plugins which is unusual in WP slug method. You switch between those and select which is works best for you.
