I uploaded sitemap on file manager (public_html). But when I type the url on address bar, it shows 404 error. I contacted my hosting support. They said that there is a limitation on .htaccess file. It disabled the sitemap access. Can you add the sitemap feature on next update? I think, it is necessary for search console.

First of all, thank you very much for any service you provide to users. I do see that you go out of your way to answer every single question your customers have; you guys are great at that. Secondly, releasing a new version as planned and promised can be a completely independent task, which is very important, especially when the product is related to CopenAI.
In the end, I’m still waiting for you to provide an up-to-date precise release time, since you seem to be avoiding it.
Update will come when it will be 100% ready and tested. Same as yourself previously, we are getting ton of various questions, and we are replying to them all exactly the same as we did to you, so update release cannot be an independent task as time is scarce (don’t forget, that despite ton of questions and support cases, we already released 3 updates previously in less than a month). Showing little respect to other customers from your side would not hurt, after all, we as authors, are required to provide support on time, updates come as a second priority.
But lesson learned, after v1.4 update, we will not commit on any dates for future updates, and they will come when they will be ready.
Of course, I support your customer-centric philosophy, and I have also seen your rapid growth during this period. I also see that many users have simple questions, but it wastes a lot of your precious time. I guess you should have a team of three to five people working on this project together. There are development and service between you Different division of work.
Maybe I can take on some service work for you if you need it.

As for language support, it’s important to be patient and considerate. If you want to add a language, you can either do it yourself with the help of artificial intelligence or submit a request to the roadmap. I also have a large number of users on the site, and half of them are from Ukraine, so I do not bombard the developer with questions every day. for the developer to add the Ukrainian language. It’s not necessary to constantly pester the developer about it.
Lastly, a suggestion for the developer: it would be great if the language module could be moved to the top of the menu on the main page for easier accessibility. It would also be helpful if the language could be automatically set based on the user’s browser settings.

Sir please update the UI of landing page, add blog page and also add an option where i can give my users free access to tools. Also, add a detail description option for each tool. Landing page will be updated later, as everyone is free to change frontend as they want (I’m pretty sure that there are ton of great designers that can create an amazing landing page UI for you). Currently we are more focused on backend with core features. For descriptions of original templates, go to Templates List page and edit them as you prefer as we don’t have plans to create a long descriptions for templates.

200 words/tokens (not characters) is a limitation of our demo only. You can increase it in Davinci Settings page as needed when you will be running it by yourself. We put limits to avoid misuse of the script as it has public access, and meant for testing only.

No, our license server cron task will see it as a violation of codecanyon license policy as they are treated as 2 different domains. You can install on a localhost + only 1 domain or subdomain.

It’s a great script, if you can add information like how to add new pages in documentation then it could save lot of time of developer. Frankly speaking their is lot of requirement to add new pages like sitemap, blog, features pages, use case pages etc.. and my developer who is 10 years+ experienced is stuck to add pages. He will add but lot of time will got wasted to analyse your system. You don’t provide customisation even we are ready to pay, but you should add some help in your documentation how someone can add new pages. Just a suggestion. Rest it’s your call.

Thanks for the suggestion. Script is created with Laravel framework’s best practices, and strictly follows MVC model, it is pretty straightforward to understand if you have good laravel knowledge. It is not only us, but codecanyon support policy does not include any customization support, hence all authors are required to provide a documentation for installation and configuration only. Anything else would be a bit complex, as you might be ending up writing a small book potentially about MVC model and then about the code itself. Imagine if someone with less php/laravel experience decides to add a page by himself according to our documentation, and messes up something and the script stops working because he added something wrong? who he would blame? our documentation of course, would we be able to help him with troubleshooting? no, as customization requests are not covered. Hence, we always have to consider all sides first and follow base codecanyon support policy structure.
