1 – most likely it will, if you changed controllers, auto update might not be a right approach for you. You will need to download the main file and replace all updated controllers from there considering your changes
2 – your end users are not affected, as they are accessing your platform and not the openai account. You, as the saas provider, can use a VPN to open an openai account, and user any public hosting providers to run the script with your API keys.
3 – no, not really, you can convert your account to be paid couple days in advance before the launch date in case if you expecting massive user registration, and you won’t see issues.

We also want to release the update, but we got too many support requests about everything, related and not. And if we delay them, as you can see in comments and review, people start to complain. Hence we will release the update when majority of the support requests will be cleared. There is a limited time per day for us. We don’t want to end up with more support requests simply because of the rush.

You shouldn’t have reinstalled, instead you should have created a support request. warning is not an error, so you can ignore it.

If it is supported, make sure to include it in the feature request list in the product description (if it is not already there), and we will add it in v1.5 update as v1.4 is already completed. Adding language requires some code editing, hence we cannot guide you as customization requests are not covered under codecanyon support policy.
You said that you would add Bengali language in version 1.5, but we have not received any update on Bengali language so far. There are approximately 300 million native speakers and another 37 million people who speak Bengali as a second language. OpenAI already supports Bengali language, so please add it in the next version.

2 – you could, but that it will be up to you to customize accordingly
3 – correct
4 – they can use prepaid plan to top up, that is the main purpose of prepaid credits
5 – subscription plan credits get reset, prepaid plan credits remain until depleted
6 – yes
7 – of course, all updates are free
8 – you might want to do a fresh install on a vps and replace the files you changed/customize. Main reason is some files/folder are created dynamically during installation.

No, both license types are valid only on 1 domain. You can however install on a localhost for dev/test without any issues.
