Don´t buy this plugin. I have developed my website for more than a year with this plugin and have had problems since the start. The support offers you solutions if you pay extra. Now nothing works/loads and the support is not answering.

Hi! I have the same unfortunate news than many have here. All my client’s Instagram feeds stopped working. Facebook feeds still work. I have reauthenticated and first removed Flow-Flow from Facebook. Nothing works. This is the error message that I get.

I’ve successfully created a feed and stream for a business Facebook page and it is listing posts correctly. When I click on a FB post in the feed it works fine if I am NOT logged in to FB, but if I am logged in I get a “This content isn’t available right now” page on FB. The settings for the FB page are to make it available to everyone with no restrictions at all on who can access it. Any ideas how to get round this problem? I have generated a new Auth code and created new feeds multiple times from scratch. The site is https://sinefm.com. Thanks!

Hi. Let me start by saying that I know it is painful for you to receive the same messages from people over and over especially because you cannot control FB or Instagram Policy on API/Token changes.

Unfortunately this is one of these messages.

My Instagram feed works but not FB. I have 4.9.2 version installed. I have refreshed the token, eliminated it and started over, the same with Feeds. I have rebuilt the cache. I get no errors. I have a Red Icon when I refresh the page, but until then it just hangs there.

I cannot figure out the Facebook Feed. Please help.

Per Instagrams new graph documentations media_url will be undefined if the video contains copyrighted music even if the audio is playable inside of instagram, This happens quite often with the new use this audio feature in instagram. There was 2 issues with the current 4.9.2 Flow Flow version that I hope will be fixed in a future update: 1. There is still a typo in the in instagram feed source code where you set the $oembed_url, it has an extra trailing } that breaks the requests. 2. Because media_url may not be set and it’s a video so it has no children I think it makes more sense to use the provided thumbnail from the oembed call rather than not showing anything at all. Other option is to skip the post altogether if it cannot determine a media_url due to copyright or similar and simply not cache it. I prefer to show the thumbnail since all other meta data is readily available and you can link to instagram for viewing the video in these cases. I used this updated line to use the thumbnail as a fallback: $media_post = isset($post->media_url) ? $post : (isset($post->children) ? $post->children->data⁰ : $image_thumbnail_url);

Could you please add support for Mastodon? Notice that Mastodon is a social network similar to Twitter. Incorporates an RSS feed, so it’s easy to add it to flowflow. Integrating it would display feed as Mastodon instead of RSS and make easier to setup.

As some people already commented, my IG-Feed suddenly stopped working. Although my IG and FB – Profiles are connected (as they were before) and I am Admin of both Accounts. I de- and reconnected everything and followed the steps in your documentation, but I still get the error:

I can’t connect any of my feeds – all red – Facebook & IG don’t work.
1. I go to Settings > Connect
2. Select pages which I want to show on Facebook
3. IG is business account
4. SSL is installed
IDK what else can I do – it also throws at me (#100) Tried accessing non-existing field (business_discovery)

By the way, aside from not working at all, it’s not clear if your plugin supports multiple IG accounts? For example, facebook page + iG, then another Facebook page + IG… can it show multiple or only one?

I just started to use this plugin… Good except one thimng, I couldn’t figure it out how to chnage the text on the “Read More” button—I need to change it to Chinese, but my translator plugin couldn’t detect this particular label. Please enligthen me where is this text located in your plugin? (Guess I have to hard code it manually?).
