I’ve had my FB and IG feed working fine for many months, but today I’m getting (#100) Tried accessing non-existing field (business_discovery)... for just the IG feed. I tried refreshing token, but it didn’t help. Any other suggestions?
Hi, please ensure that you connected the Facebook page with the Instagram account linked during the authentication process. Also, connecting multiple pages is not supported (there is no need to do this for good work).
Before re-authentication, try to remove the Flow-Flow app here https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&ref=business_login_reentry And authenticate after that.

So, to be surem I can show say 400 instagram and 40 youtube users feed on one Social stream feed? Can you show a screenshot of the settings of a stream that has a lot of insta users? Are they like comma separated or can you add them one by one and search through them?

An average hosting handles something like 100-200 feeds. For more, you may need more resources. For “lite” hostings, we have an additional cloud service that allows running really many feeds https://social-streams.com/boosts and provides some additional features.

No. There are two kinds of entities: the feed (actual source) and the stream (kind of container for multiple feeds). For example, you can create 100 different feeds and 10 different streams. And mix and show your feeds in different ways and with different layouts using that streams. Hi there,
I’m currrently unable to add any Facebook Feeds, I’ve tried everything, from using the page name, to the page username and even using the Page ID. I’ve tried it with different feed setting but nothing seems to work. it shows endless loading and when refreshed it turns red.
I’ve also tried refreshing the AUTH FB and Insta Token, but still facing the same issue.
What could I do to posibbly fix this. Instagram feed works perfectly fine. Cheers

I currently use the free version for my non profit organisation and it’s brilliant, however recently some of the images on the feed don’t appear, is there anyway we can sort this please?
