Hi guys I was testing a payments form on my test website and then exported it to use on my main site but in the opened tab says the name of my test website….where would I go to change that???
Alright this must be a bug…..what I have discovered is that one a preview tab it puts the title name of a post like so… PRIVACY | Website.domain.
If I put that post into draft it just adopts the title name of another post
Does anyone know how to change this or stop the Post name appearing in the tab altogether?
While I am at it….any chance that my suggestion for ability to change the names of the Elements in a future upgrade…..it would make it far easier for the calculation forms.

This is standalone url which you are talking about. You can embed the form in the page or post using shortcode for showing the form without url.

I keep getting “Server side error” when persons are submitting the form but when I look their entry goes through. This happend awhile back but you guys corrected the issue. What can I do to fix it now?

The issue might be happening due to some server-side error due to compatibility issues or lower resources.
To confirm the issue, you would need to check PHP server error log. Please enable WordPress debugging and check if there is any error log generated on your server in the wp-content folder. It will help us to identify the exact issue.
You need to enable the following settings in wp-config.php and further need to check if there is any error log generating while performing the action where you have this issue.

I am trying to login to you site support, but its saying email is not set up, so cannot reset my password. I am trying to send an admin email only if the quiz score is less than 100%. Thank you for sharing the detailed requirement. We have never come across this type of requirement and unfortunately, this is not possible directly through the existing setting’s options.
One possible solution is to use a separate mathematical evaluator element to get the score and use the same mathematical evaluator in the condition with the fake email address.

Yes, i had the same kind of idea. I have quiz elements set up. I have now added a mathematical Evaluator field to try and get the quiz scores on completion. I cannot work out the formula input to get the scores based on the following radio fields M1+M2+M3+M5+M6+M7+M9+M10. How is this acheived? Ive looked at the docs, but dont quite understand. The result always seems to be 0.00. Thanks for your time.
