Yes, this is possible with the following workflow -
1. Create a form with the elements Primary First Name, Primary Last Name, and Primary Email Address.
2. You need to keep the Primary Email Address mandatory.
3. Add other elements in the form if required.
4. Integrate MailChimp in the form as instructed here in https://wpquark.com/kb/fsqm/fsqm-integration/mailchimp-integration-on-fsqm-pro/

Sorry, it is hard to grasp why you don’t understand me. It is really simple. I use a form on a page. It let’s the non-logged in user submit a guest post. Now, what I want is to redirect the user to his post (The actual WP Post URL from the post he just submitted) after he submitted the form.
Second part of the question is, how I can just reload the same page the form is on.
The page is not public atm.

Thank you for the clarification. Sorry, it’s not possible to redirect the user automatically to his previous submission.
User can go to their submission by clicking on the View link from the user portal page and further can click on the Edit submission if you have enabled the option for editing the submission.

I am trying to figure out how to map the custom fields I entered in Get Response. For example in Get Response I created busname [[cus busname]] and now I want to map it in your integration section which I have successfully connected. This is just a text input so I would pick F(Text Input) and where is the key and the field key. Is the field key busname or [[cus busname]] Not sure which one is for what and where can I find the 2nd missing item which comes from the form. I followed your help link but did get me 100% Thanks
