On the store page, I display subcategories before the products. Is it possible to hide subcategories before the products if any filter is selected?
For example. https://krypa.ru/category/hookahs-etc/tobacco/citrus-apelsin-2/?min_price=161 If you clear the price filter subcategories will be shown again. But I want the subcategories to be hidden because the “citrus-orange” filter is still selected.

Usually this is related with security settings on your hosting and maybe the server connect.filtereverything.pro is blocked on your hosting or you have blocked outer connections on your hosting.
Please, ask your hosting support if there is any restrictions related with outer connections on your server.

It is known problem, when Elementor search field does not allow you to search any Wordpress widgets. But you always can scroll down to the WordPress section of the Elementor sidebar (on page edit screen) and select widget “Filter Everything – Filters”.
Hi, I’m encountering a new display issue. When I update to WordPress 6.1, none of the content on my pages besides the header and footer shows. However, when I deactivate the filter everything plugin, the problem doesn’t appear anymore. It seems that the plugin is having issues with the latest version of WordPress. Please, update the plugin to the latest v 1.7.1 which is compatible with WP6.0 and higher. You can download it from your account on CodeCanyon and update via Plugins -> Add New -> Upload plugin -> Replace current with new. Do not forget to create a DB backup before that.

I am using the premium plugin of filter everything pro and configured it on our website, but when we filter the results using Ajax, filters the results but not updating the number of products count on the shop page also, it shows the total count of products and all pages in the pagination. After normal refreshing the page, it shows proper results.

1. About position of the Filters widget – please, provide me with link to the screenshot that explains your problem. Optionally you can send it via PM, but please, let me know here in this comment thread about that.
2. If you want fo filter by product variations attributes (for example variation color) you have to enable checkbox “Use for Variations” inside filter by color under More options section. Please, see example – https://prnt.sc/fHlBq3MfOE75
Hello, i have a problem regarding wpml. My site manages products with woocommerce. I have configured your plugin according to the documentation. When I create a filter based on a custom field, in the main language the dropdown contains all the products in all the languages, while in the translated pages it correctly displays only the products in one language. Thank you for using the plugin.
In general if you enable option “Empty terms -> Always hide” in your Filter Set the filter should display only terms related with products displayed on the current page. And in this case there should not be terms related with products from other languges.
But if your page contains products from other languages you will see these “extra” terms. If this will not help you, please send me link to the example of the problem. You can do it via PM and please notify here in this comments thread about that.

I checked terms with sku 52013 in the end of their names. All three terms opens filtered products. It means that all these products exists on your initial Shop page ( http://arblueclean.customerserver083003.eurhosting.net/negozio ) and they contain these three terms attached to them. And it is expected behaviour that these terms available in the filter.
My plugin “does not know” if a term is translated verison of another term. It only displays all terms that are attached to products that are shown on your page. So if you don’t want to see some terms on the page, please totally remove their relationships from products on this page.

Right now I have to create and setup the filter set in each site, I want to create one filter and widget in the main site, and it will apply to all sites.
Also, I tried the wordpress import / export too, but it doesn’t seem to work correctly, it doesn’t export the filters added in the filter set.

Unfortunately it is not possible to configure plugin one time for all multisite network websites. But I have plans to add import/export feature to the plugin and this will be easier to do. I do not know when this feature will be implemented (it can take months), but I will let you know here in this comments thread.

This JS problem is located in the JS file called “994.js” I’m not sure what is that file but I definitely can say that it is not relaed with Filter Everything PRO plugin. It seems you have to solve if yourself, such an issue unfortunately does not covered by the item support policy here on CodeCanyon.

In general if you want to translate your filter lables ( I mean for example this – https://prnt.sc/ZrnMBS4LRjY7 ) you have to make Filter Set as translatable post type in the WPML Settings and create translation for the current Filter Set. In this translation you have to create the same filters but with translated titles.
But if you want to translate URL slugs for example thc-level in the URL https://www.paradise-seeds.com/feminized-cannabis-seeds/thc-level-medium-thc/ they can not be translated. You can only translate term slugs like medium-thc in the same URL via regular WPML interface that allows to translate taxonomy terms.

But okay, I checked your site and just removed/created Brand filter and now it works fine. It seems it was some glitch maybe related with how and when you created your custom taxonomy Brand. In any case now it works as expected.
I also fixed the problem with char ”+” in filter titles https://prnt.sc/T0BHyuCBkOKX and configured AJAX. Please, check if it works fine for you.

Hello. I have a filter that uses 3 indexed filters. I would like to delete one. How can i do this? (i understand i can deactivate it the Setting > Indexed filters tab, but not delete it). This is my first support question as all was working perfectly for me and I never needed help. Which is also great.
But now I have just a situation where I’m not sure if what I want to do is doable or not : can you just confirm me that the possibility to use 2 separate filters in a same page to “display only posts that are both in Category X from Filter 1 AND Tag X from Filter 2” is not possible to do with just categories ? Like display only posts that are both in Category A from Filter 1 AND Category B from Filter 2.
Because in that case if I select Category A in Filter 1 and then select Category B in Filter B it’s erasing the Filter 1. Right ?

Thank you for your warm words about the plugin.
In general your support period is already expired but I will help you anyway:
- the situation you described is possible, but you have to specify for the category filter logic “AND” instead of default value “OR”. This can be achieved inside one filter or you can use two Filter Sets with two category filters inside them. Result will be the same, but important to set the same logic “AND” for both filters.
Of course this logic will affect to all combinations between categories inside this filter. I hope this will be helpfulr for you.
