is using your plugin Image HotSpot. They have to update the map as businesses have come and gone. I cannot figure out any way to move the hotspot links on the map every time I try to move one it takes me to the link rather than allowing me to edit or remove any of the pins that are misplaced. Also – we just purchased the latest version and downloaded it today and it seems to state that:
08.06.2016 – ver 1.2.6 – Fixed the large image is hidden in admin backend, now you can drag icons with large image. – Some other small improvement.

Hi, if you want to move the link in the backend editor, you can try to remove the link for the icon first, add the link again after the icon is in proper position.

Hi, 1) You can output the element via editor’s shortcode in post or page. 2) You can add a new hotspot, drag the icon to update it’s position, and the hotspot support basic HTML like image, or open a lightbox image via the hotspot link. You can see the demo site or YouTube video for more information.

Hi, it only support basic HTML and shortcode output in the tooltip, but haven’t fully test with it, you may have to customize the code if have any compatible issues.

Hi there, my client recently bought this plugin because we thought it can upload different custom icons per tooltip. Now we see only the older version supports custom icons, but we can only upload one icon globally and not different icons.
The newer version is the opposite (can add different icons, but not custom ones). This is a bummer and I’m not sure why the custom icon feature was removed from the new version.
Anyhow, unless I am missing something, then we would like to be refunded for this plugin since custom upload is a must-have feature and this plugin doesn’t have it. Thank you.

Image Hotspot is not showing HotSpots on placement. I’ve tried the suggestion of raw[/raw] with no luck. I am using WP version 6.1, could this be the issue? Do you have any other suggestions?

DOES NOT WORK WITH ACF.
Even though this is not mentioned in the plugin description you WILL NOT get a refund. You also don’t get any real support whatsoever. So: Sorry it doesn’t work for you, but you have to keep it AND we won’t support you even though support is included for in the price.

Hi, I’ve replied your email, there is a ACF javascript error in your page, which may prevent it to work properly, please try to fix it first. It’s unfair to this plugin.

It works outside of your plugin even with the js error – what’s unfair is you continually trying to blame ACF when the issue is YOUR plugin. I will try to fix it myself as it seems to be too much effort to actually provide a real support.
I have fixed that js error which wasn’t even related. And the issue persists. Could you be any lazier?
Please add to your plugin description “DOES NOT work correctly with ACF” – so other people are not ripped off.

Maybe there is a conflict with the tooltip content and the form, the tooltip content is designed to support image, video etc, and require the element well self component, so I need the actual page to see the problem.
