Hello. Thans for the great plugin. For some reason, it is not showing any results when I select the filters I have all the filters set on a particular page, but when I filter it, it only changes the url address and doesnt change anything else. This is the url: avtozona33.bg/staging/produkt-kategoriya/akumulatori/avtomobilni-akumulatori/ Password to enter is Delux12345%. Also, when I delete an SEO rule, it says that I do not have the rights to do it. I am working from an Admin user. Can you help me with those? Are you also providing set up of the plugin for any amount?

Thank you for using the plugin.
It’s a typical problem and it is related with the wrong plugin configuration. Possible reason are:
- Wrong WP_Query selected in the “And what to filter?” field of the Filter Set. Please try to experiment with different WP_Queries in the dropdown.
- Cache issue (WP_Query is cached). You have to check and maybe disable your cache plugins or modules in your hosting provider dashboard.
- AJAX enabled but wrong value for CSS id or class of the Posts Container specified. Please, disable the AJAX feature, until you will ensure that filtering works in general.
If you can not delete SEO Rule it means you are logged in with user who has not capabilities to do this. Ensure please that your user has full administrator permissions. You are first person who notices such problem.

I still have not managed to configure the settings for the filtering correctly. I do not understand what might be wrong, as one of the filter works perfectly fine and the other one, identical to first, simply does not work. I would be glad to help you with all your issues, but things you ask me to do are not supported issues. You can not delete Filter Set and SEO Rule because of something specific on your site. It can be 3rd party plugins, custom code or any other errors on your site ( for example this – https://prnt.sc/ZTzzMIOPV40_ ) and this should be solved by yourself.

In general there could be many reasons for such behavior. It can be some JavaScript error on your site or maybe your filters widget the widget area that is hidden on mobile devices.
Please check these possible reasons and try to solve them.
I must report tree bugs. The first bug is related to the post count in the compo select Region, which always reports (0). The second bug is related always in the select region there is an option that was changed in the post, but i still see the option in the list. The third and last bug concerns the function range Number of Participants which does not seem to work, even if i change the values (lleft and right), I still do not see the pointers on the line.

Please, try to select another WP_Query in the “And what to filter?” field of your Filter set. If you have several options there, please try to experiment with them until filter works correctly. And please, do not enable AJAX until you ensure that all works fine.
Also if you change your post data you have to reset filters cache to see this data in filters. Just add to your site URL ?reset_filters_cache=true open it and all terms will be updated. For example https://example.com/?reset_filters_cache=true

I checked your site and realized that problem is related in compatibility with Polylang plugin. In general my plugin is compatible with Polylang, but there is something strange on your site. It looks like you have a 3rd party plugin that generates compatibility issue.

It happens sometimes in next cases:
- Prefix for URL matches to a page or category URL. You have to edit this URL prefix and make it different in Filters -> Settings -> URL Prefixes. Note – this prefix may be present in a Filter Sets stored in WordPress trash, so please remove such Filter Sets from the trash.
- It may be the conflict with the Permalink Manager plugin. In this case you can use Filter Everything PRO with all features but without permalinks. Instead of them, filtering parameters will be GET-style variables as in the Free version. For example …/?color=green instead of …/color-green/ in URL To achieve this I added next code string in the functions.php file of your active theme:
define( 'FLRT_PERMALINKS_ENABLED', false );
Or if you want use permalinks for filtering result pages you have to disable the Permalinks Manager plugin and remove the code string I added.

I checked your site, spent half a day to find the reason of the problem and realized that it is related with Polylang plugin and rewrite rules it generates.
I reproduced issue on my dev site and realized that it appears after you change options in Languages -> Settings -> Synchronization or in Custom post types and Taxonomies But the problem disappears after you update Permalinks structure in WordPress Admin -> Settings -> Permalinks.
In your case problem does not disappear even you update your Permalinks settings. It may mean that you have plugin or custom code, that flushes your Rewrite Rules every time, when your site is loaded. You can try to find this plugin in experimental way – to deactivate one by one all your plugins, update Permalinks structure every time after plugin deactivation and check if your page works.
Optionally you can set option to use /ru/ folder for you site default langeuage. In this case all works fine.
Also you can ask Polylang support to help you to solve the problem. Technically problem is that Polylang adds in Rewrite rules the rule ([^/]+)/?$ lang=$matches[1] which has top priority and fires before the regular rule that matches to page slug (.?.+?)(?:/([0-9]+))?/?$ pagename=$matches[1]
&page=$matches[2]
And also they return 404 page without HTTP 404 header. Pages, that do not work on your site have HTTP code 200. So it means Polylang developer did their things not in WordPress way.

For this case you have to create translations for Filter Sets. One for RU language, second for UA. If you use Polylang PRO you have ability to create these translations.
If you use regular Polylang plugin you can optionally set correct titles using ‘widget_title’ hook – https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/hooks/widget_title/

It looks like you added Filters widget in the widget area that is hidden on mobile devices. You have two optional ways:
- to make this widget area visible on mobile devices
- to place another Filters widget (i.e. copy of the first) in the widget area that is visible on mobile devices.
In general it is not support-related issue as it depends from your site environment and you have to solve it by youself.

You can do it by yourself but it requires plugin code modifications that will be erased after update. In general you will need to add most modifications in SeoRules.php and SeoFrontend.php files.

It does not work with Breakdance, there are no options to use widgets as the page builder is themeless.
You have no option but to include a simple shortcode which does not work with your plugin.

Hi. Yesterday I have purchased a license for the Pro version and installed it. Overall, this is a great plugin, but something is disabled and I want to understand why and how to enable it. I have created a custom field via the Advanced Custom Fields plugin. This is a simple field, defined as numeric. Now I want to define a filter for posts that will allow the user to filter this number with a slider/range. When I come to define a filter, the option of “Range” is disabled, under the definition of type. With the free version of your plugin, I thought that this is a Pro only feature, at first. But I am using the fully licensed Pro version now and this type is still disabled. Why is that and how can I “fix” this? Thank you.

Range view is available for Numeric type filters. For example Custom Field Numeric or Taxonomy Numeric. In your case, please select in the Filter by field value Custom Field Numeric and Range view will become available for you.

In this case, I have a custom field of “on/off”, in a form of a checkbox that appears in the post’s custom fields, when editing it. For this matter, this field represents if the real estate property is sold (or not).

You can use regular Custom Field type of filter and you will have two checkoxes in appropriate to your Custom Field values – yes and no.
If your Custom Field works another – has value if Yes and empty if Not, you can use Custom Field Exists type of filter.

Filter is forwarding to a page which doesn’t seem to exist. Problem is while clicking filter elements in sidebar filter, it forwards to a page which says the link pointing here was faulty.

Custom post type and taxanomy are successfully created using CPT UI. Filter set is created using Filter Everything Pro.

As I see you have some problems with your WordPress configuration. You site URLs contain part /index.php/ which is unusual for WordPress sites.

It is known issue and I’m still thinking about what to do with it. From one side I can check all possible URL prefixes and compare them with existing posts slugs and to forbid using such prefixes. But from other side I have also to forbid using post slugs, that are equal to existing URL prefixes. Technically it requires some of a server resources and as you are site owner you always can choose URL prefix so that it will not match to post slugs. Also you always can edit existing URL prefix in Filters -> Settings -> URL prefixes to make it different from your post slug. So for the moment I advice you to edit your existiing URL prefix to avoid this problem.

I just bought your product. The condition on which I purchased was that I could filter by multiple categories or tags.
I searched your comments featuring these key words and found your advice that a ‘filter set’ cannot include more than one category or tag – BUT it’s possible to combine multiple filter sets on the same page as a work around.
In trying this (and having ‘filter logic’ set to ‘AND’ in both filter sets to be used in tandem) I found that the plugin skips between selections and doesn’t hold ALL filter set choices.
How can I get all choices across multiple filter sets on the same page to hold and not drop out?
For my use case, it’s critical to solve this problem. (I PM’d you the URL)

HI Stepasyuk! Just added this plugin to an Avada theme build using the portfolio posts. When I enable AJAX it won’t show the filtered selection. When I disable AJAX it reloads the entire page. Have you encountered a quick fix for this already? Thanks!
