I’ve looked for WPML support and see some issues many years ago. It looks like it hasn’t solved. If I use Ultimate Addons on my MultiLingual website than I can’t copy pages for my translation. Bummer! Because responsive youtube video’s really are difficult to place with WP Bakery Page Builder

hello, I cannot update from 3.19.11 to 3.19.12 as I get an error. But I think it’s because the plugin is licenced into my theme. Is there a workaround?

Theme authors often alter and customize plugins a little before bundling them with their theme. And they are responsible for offering the latest updates and support for it.
Can you please get in touch with your theme author to check whether they’ve released the latest version for you? Please ask them to look into it and get in touch with us if they need help.

Hi Brainstorm Force. Even if I’ve never bought your plugin, most of the themes I got on Themeforest are bundled with WPBakery Page Builder and Ultimate Addons. I write here because I guess this could be an interesting matter for manu EU customers as well as EU Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder bundled themes customers. Well, as you may know, recently EU privacy authorities have banned Google Fonts due to a Google IP collection activity. Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder uses Font Awesome for icons. I actually don’t know if Font Awesome gets your IP but it could be useful to get rid of the Font Awesome connection anyway. I know I can download the font awesome free kit from https://fontawesome.com/start but there is any way to load the fonts awesome WPBAkery needs from a folder in your child theme instead than USA Font Awesome servers? Many thanks.

I opened a ticket as it breaks with PHP 8. I have 3.16.25 which came with a theme.

Thanks for a great plugin! For the Interactive Banner, when looking at the source code, the image’s ALT contents are not showing up—instead they’re just “null”. The image in-question does have alternate text. Is there supposed to be a field in the backend of the Interactive Banner modal?

I am sorry, but we’ve currently deprecated these smaller plugins since maintaining them and providing support to each of them has become a little difficult.
As we have deprecated the single Envato plugins, they are no longer available for sale; however, you can use the Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder, which also consists of the Modal feature you require.

I’d like to inform you that all the licenses available on the Envato marketplace are lifetime licenses that you can use on a single WordPress installation (website).
You get lifetime updates and support for 6 months when you purchase a license.
PS: I do not see a purchased tag across your name. Looks like you’ve got the plugin bundled with a theme.
In such cases, the theme author is supposed to offer updates and support for it.
If you wish to get direct support and updates from us, I’d suggest you to please purchase a licensed copy of the plugin and get in touch with us.

We recently updated our website backend(CPanel) to PHP 8.1.6 on Wordpress 5.9.3 with WPBakery Page Builder 6.9.0. Everything is working, however, when we enable the Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder 3.16.25, Wordpress then errors out with the white screen of death “There has been a critical error on this website.” Disabling the plugin allows the website to work again.

Hello, will there be an update to make this plugin PHP 8 compatible, and if so do you know when? We are test driving PHP 8 but there’s an error with this plugin saying it’s using curly brackets which aren’t compatible with PHP 8:
