Thanks for a great plugin! For the Interactive Banner, when looking at the source code, the image’s ALT contents are not showing up—instead they’re just “null”. The image in-question does have alternate text. Is there supposed to be a field in the backend of the Interactive Banner modal?

I am sorry, but we’ve currently deprecated these smaller plugins since maintaining them and providing support to each of them has become a little difficult.
As we have deprecated the single Envato plugins, they are no longer available for sale; however, you can use the Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder, which also consists of the Modal feature you require.

I’d like to inform you that all the licenses available on the Envato marketplace are lifetime licenses that you can use on a single WordPress installation (website).
You get lifetime updates and support for 6 months when you purchase a license.
PS: I do not see a purchased tag across your name. Looks like you’ve got the plugin bundled with a theme.
In such cases, the theme author is supposed to offer updates and support for it.
If you wish to get direct support and updates from us, I’d suggest you to please purchase a licensed copy of the plugin and get in touch with us.

We recently updated our website backend(CPanel) to PHP 8.1.6 on Wordpress 5.9.3 with WPBakery Page Builder 6.9.0. Everything is working, however, when we enable the Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder 3.16.25, Wordpress then errors out with the white screen of death “There has been a critical error on this website.” Disabling the plugin allows the website to work again.

Hello, will there be an update to make this plugin PHP 8 compatible, and if so do you know when? We are test driving PHP 8 but there’s an error with this plugin saying it’s using curly brackets which aren’t compatible with PHP 8:

Yes, this is what I asked. If it is compatible with the latest versions of wp, bakery etc. It would be better if you still keep the plugin alive to have the plugin re-view by you and a relevant update that it is compatible.
This may prevent many candidates from buying it. I may have taken the time to ask, but not everyone does. You can take this as a feedback and I mention it very good purpose.
