I was looking for an option to disable the loading of Google Fonts but couldn’t find one. Could you please add such an option to the plugin settings?
Loading Google Fonts without user consent is violating GDPR regulations in the European Union and basically puts website owners at risk of getting expensive cease and desist letters from lawyers.
Not using Google Fonts in the popups doesn’t do the trick because the plugin still loads Roboto.

When you confogure OnLOad targeting, you can set it.
this seems to be the worst support I have ever encountered with a plugin. for 5 weeks we’ve been trying to get an answer to a small question (with tickets here and via the support channel) and despite asking what’s going on. The plugin itself is good, but despite buying 5 licenses we don’t get any support, exactly zero. That’s really a lousy way of dealing with customers.
and no, the support wasn’t expired when we started our inquiries 5 weeks ago.
You can ignore my email as I figured out how to add Google Fonts to WordPress and just added the CSS necessary to use them. They were being loaded by the old version of the plugin but not the new.

My contact form send email to Green Popups log, but not to my email address. Before it sent it also to my address, but then it stoped. I have not make any changes to setup, and now I don’t know what is the problem.
Dear Support, some more questions: In a OnExit Event, i miss the same rule as in OnScroll Event at Targeting: The popups from mobile open on desktops. At the OnScroll: We can differ between Mobile and Desktop.
Is any example for Local Fonts there? In GDPR, it is not allowed to load something from third parties without optin. To prevent this, i need host all local, also fonts.
But how is the rule for that? It’s for me not understandable, what is missing at customs fonts.

1. OnExit Intent popup works with desktops only.
2. You can use local fonts loaded with your theme. Or use standard fonts.

Hi, I installed the plugin but I noticed, that the speed of the side drastically dropped. I can see it mostly if I go to another page on my site. I have also W3 cache installed. Could this be the problem … Cache?
If you use caching plugin, it just rebuilds your cache after activation of any plugin.
I deactivated cache plugin and activated popups plugin and the Problem is still there. Loading of the site is very slow

No, I do not want to request refund. But I would like to use support in this case. I do not think that if you did not find the problem by browsing my site is enough support. I would like to send you user/password and you can activate / deactivate it self. I am working on the site so it could be, that you checked it during my “setting” time. The question is … where can I send user/password and just write time you will check it, so I do not interfere. Thank you very much.

Thanks for details. Seems your server works slowly with php sessions. I’ve disabled this feature on Advanced Settings page of my plugin. Now everything works quickly.

You can find it on Advanced Settings page in my plugin. It’s called “Enable PHP Session”.

You can do it for OnLoad popups. Find approperiate paramters while configuring OnLoad targeting.

It’s alive. Update works only for customer who purchased the plugin.
It came bundled with the REHub theme. I’m not using it, so if it won’t update, I’ll just delete it and find something else.
