How can I change the “Download file:” text in the email notification? Setting the “Voucher Download Text” field doesn’t fix it. ¿ woo_vou_voucher_download_text ?
The settings will change text on the downloads page from my account. To change the text in the email, you have to override email template via theme.
I have, in theme-child/woocommerce/emails. Works. But the pdf link and link text “Download file:” is given as a variable in the template, “%s”. It is outside the control of the template.

Has this plugin an option to auto generate codes with pattern? I want than vouchers codes of a specific product will have different structure than other.
Example: - If customer buy a Swimming class: Customer will receive a voucher code: SWM….... - If customer buy a Football class: Customer will receive a voucher code: FTB…......
Also I need to know if admins can generate voucher in the back-end.

Yes, admin can generate the codes using the voucher code generator based on your own pattern.

Apologies, admin will not be able to generate the voucher PDFs manually. if they want to do it, they need to place manual order from the backend.
Just to know if understood it: I can create a woocommerce page with voucher product and hide it from users in the front-end. Then I can place a manual order of the voucher product in the woocomerce backend. then download the voucher using the link or using the email received in the mail address I gave in the manual order. am I right?
Yes, You can do it by creating password protected or private product.

Hello, after the last update the voucher download link in the emails no longer works and returns an alert “Invalid download link. Go to shop”. We have not made any changes or installed new plugins. Thanks

I have an issue with your latest update: All of my clients got an error in the order confirmation email: - Invalid download link They can’t download the voucher because it says “Invalid download link” I saw there is a new feature in Woocommerce called “Approved Download Directories” but I can’t see any strange thing there.

Hi, in your documentation says that we can include these shortcodes vou_codes in product purchase notes. Is possible to also include the qr code shortcode?
This would be nice because the user being at merhcnat physical store can buy the vouchers online and just present the qr code directly from the order detail page https://prnt.sc/PgpaFtyM0-KH and the mercchant just scan it adn redeem it.

Hello, thanks for the answer! Both links helped me very much. However, I am still not sure how to achieve code format that I want. I would like to have following format: “{4 random letters}{4 random digits}”... Looks like with the filter function I can unset all fields buyername, prefix, order_id, item_id, data_id and use “pattern” field… is this “pattern” field specially interpreted aftewards with desired random generation logic or I should do random generation my self and assign result to “pattern” field? Yes, admin can always receive one copy of voucher email that customer received.

Sure, on this path WooCommerce > Settings > PDF vouchers > Voucher Settings you can see setting at bottom to send email to admin.
