That website is clearly “deleted” as you’ve said into your initial comment. So, you can revoke the license of it by yourself.

After one membership expires I scheduled to switch the membership for a different one. But after the membership is changed the new plan is active by default!!! I would like people to force payment for the new membership and have it inactive until they pay. Does anybody know how to do it?

You can sell access to one single post with one time fee without a time-limited access.
I want to be able to do that with a time limit. Are you saying it’s NOT an option to do that with a time limit?

Hey. Can I used gateways outside of those included in the plugin? Before the purchase I read somewhere it’s possible, but from the looks of it – only those specifically included in the plugin are available, and those in Woocommerce, are not. If thats the case – that is a dealbreaker for me – is there a way to cancel/revert my purchase?
You may sell Memberships via WooCommerce also and use the available Woo payment services if you wish.
How would do that? I dont see any product created, when I create a membership, and when I create one on my own – I dont see any option to connect that product to a membership.

You may use any WP Theme and Page builder you want besides Ultimate Membership Pro system. Also, for Elementor you will find a dedicated Addon too, in order to set custom restrictions over Elementor widgets

The compatibility list was left behind. UMP is compatible even with latest Woo version, Ultimate Membership Pro have its own 10 integrated payment services and you can even use Woo for payment step if you wish.

Hello, i’m building a fitness website that will have a membership area and booking system. Can this plugin do the following: 1) Online booking system for members to book classes
2) Allow staff to access the booking system to check customers in on arrival for attendance records.
3) A membership area where customers can check their booked classes, current balance, change personal details?
4) a system whereby customers can buy a membership card, which can be topped up and when the customer books an appointment, the price is deducted from the members card balance (so it will work as Pay As You go

Is it possible using this plugin to setup registrations pages for different groups of customer so that when they register they are automatically added to the correct UMP member group without admin manual intervention?
Members are not grouped to something other than the Group/Umbrella Accounts where multiple members will share the same Membership.
Hi Azzaroco – I was hoping that I could setup a registration page for Group 1, so everyone who signed up on that registration page would be added to Group 1 in UMP, and then again another registration page for Group 2,3,4 etc. that would put that member into the correct UMP group.

Your question is not actually clear. UMP is a Membership system so it have been built for memberships services.

Yes, you can use any Woo payment service that follow and use the official Woo hooks and workflow. Also, keep in mind that Woo is able to handle only simple one-time payments, not to setup recurring Subscriptions like Ultimate Membership Pro

How do we make it so that the “Double E-mail Verification Completed” email is only sent out once?
If someone clicks the link within the “Double E-mail Verification Request” email it will send them a confirmation email. This never stops!
Also, is there a page for us to send people to for the email verification to let them know they are verified? and it’s completed?

This is more than just an issue with the plugin itself. Can’t have people or bots constantly clicking on the “verification” link to fire off emails to take the server down.
If anything this is a critical component that should be fixed ASAP.
There is not a such link available in order people or bots to “constantly clicking”. You may have the link of resending the email verification notification which may be used only for exceptional cases, but, obviously, is available only for Administrator and not for “people” or “bots”.
Can this accept crypto payments from say coinpayments or similar processors?
There is no crypto payment service on this moment that may handle recurring subscriptions charges, unfortunately.

Can you restrict pages based on a specific user/individual not just upon role?
Restrictions are based on Memberships, not “role” or user.
