How on Earth do you export product images? What’s the use of exporting just the product descriptions?

We wanna purchase your plugin. First we have some questions:

a) We can have preg_replace rules in import process?

So if value TEST2 is present in field productcategories then it will be replaced with TEST1.

b) We can start export and import profile via URL? (not need to enter backend). A lot of export/import plugins can do that. What about yours?

c) do you have a guide how to run a export & import via cronjob?

d) Is your plugin fully compatible with WPML? Is your plugin certified by WPML?

e) If i try to open your demo page we get certification error, just for your information.

I am synching the ERP software product data to google sheets. So can I schedule an update on the website products using google sheets product data?

In google sheets, there will be SKU, price, stock, and meta tags which are continuously synced from the ERP software so just need this plugin to create a schedule in such a way that the existing product data like stock, price are updated in the website on the basis of SKU of google sheet and website.

So how can i do this with this plugin?

Is it possible to remove a specific category from products via import? For example we wanna remove category TEST2 from all products:

BEFORE PRODUCT 1 = CATEGORY, TEST1, TEST2, TEST3 PRODUCT 2 = CATEGORY, TEST1, TEST2, TEST3, TEST4

AFTER / RESULT PRODUCT 1 = CATEGORY, TEST1, TEST3 PRODUCT 2 = CATEGORY, TEST1, TEST3, TEST4

My idea is: In first step we will export all products with sku and category to csv. In second step we import the csv and update products by removing category TEST2.

Is this possible and we can see any guide about that case in your help files? Because we plan to purchase your plugin.

With other import plugins we also can run extra php code with import profile to modify data while import running. Do you plan to add option to run custom php? We can send you some import plugins that already have this and its very usefull in daily business for “extended cases”.

We already purchased your plugin but stop working with that plugin depending to missing options in schedule area. Example: You wanna have schedule for monday, friday, saturday, sunday. To do that you need to wait for each day. So you need to wait 4 days before you can complete this simple schedule job. Other thirdparty solution can handle this party without need to wait for specific day because you can select date and time per dropdown. Do you plan to add this function soon? So we can purchase your plugin again, because your support is much better then others!!

There is no option in your demo to schedule import and export for specific week days and time.

So we cant setup today (thursday) an schedule for monday. We need to wait for mondey and then we are able to create an schedule for monday. Thats not a good workflow and absolute not professional. If its possible to schedule import/export with your plugin on any day for any day: please tell me how this will work. In your description and guide we did not find any information (like other user comments before)

First question: is it possible to start export and import every friday 10a.m via schedule? Most of all plugins can do that out of the box. What about yours? Second question: Is it possible to add date parameter/sufix to filename like: filename_date.csv? This are basics for export plugins, but we did not find any information about this case with your plugin. We also checked your guide about this, but no information found about this details.

Hello, it’s possible to use that plugin to import users from a file and remove the current user if not present or leave it as is if it’s yet present? Like a sort of user syncronization with that file.

Using your plugin, how would I be able to import and export more than 40000 products quickly? Will setting multiple crons work or not? Because I use a lot of import/export plugins and the problem is mainly speed. Exporting is easy but importing new products is very time consuming. When I have 10000 products, it takes up to 2-3 days to update?

This plugin can not recognize another product with a photo of the previous product that is just the same name, and give it a new name and attach it to the related product , What is the solution to this problem?
