Example, if I have a customer who has selected a few items and has proceeded to checkout. At checkout, he calls to seller to request for discount either on product or shipping charges. Is there any way the seller or the admin can see his basket and modify the prices at that stage for this customer alone?

I was checking from demo admin panel because admin is the one that can post inhouse product.
As inhouse products is admin’s products so the seller is admin itself.

Ok I got it. PDF file name must not contain any white space to show the downloads button. I want to change the tab name downloads if the product is a physical product then the tab name will be Specification and if the product is digital product then the tab name would be Downloads.

Ok! But how would admin knows about pick up point? Would it be the other way around? It would be easier for seller to add pick up point while registering for account. It would be to much work for admin to add every each single sellers.
