I bought Mapplic plugin and installed on https://www.ewfcpl.com/blog-full-right-sidebar-with-frame/ but plugin is not working so I have contacted support, after few days I got mail from support (office@mapplic.com) they asked for site URL so I replied for same but after that I am following up on mail since 12 days for support but not getting any reply from office@mapplic.com kindly initiate refund asap now I have bought another plugin I cant wait more for reply from Mapplic. I was not aware that Mapplic would provide such pathetic service.

Hello! There is a way to create a external link to specific floor? I have a SVG map with 4 floors, and the floors buttons from Mapplic works ok, but I would like to create a link (out of the map, in page itself) to link directly to a specific floor. Is it possible?

Thanks for improving Mapplic! Theres only one thing with the new version 7.1.2 i’m experience some problems when zoomed in and clicking the next location; the map goes all over the place… sometimes the sidebar disappears to… Anyone experiencing the same issue?

Hi I have a few questions. How do custom vector map work. In the demo for the Shopping mall. How are rollover’s handled. My map is more sketch based can you only used those rollover effects for building shaped objects. For clicked popup box. Can this be larger? I want to have two paragraphs or so of text in it.

I am trying to show the title and description in an external div using Elementor. All pinned locations are set to ‘External’ action. I put “mapplic-external” as the class for an external div, but I just cannot get anything to show up. Probably being stupid but could you help??

It’s really weird that it worked for me for like the first week and then stopped working. I don’t think I even upgraded wordpress.. maybe it’s calling some remote library that was changed or something, I haven’t the time to investigate. I’ve tried installing it on several fresh wordpress installs and no luck there either. I suspect the author needs to update something in the code.
