Worse, there's no support. It's a scam and Envato should remove it.

I would have given this a much higher rating if it weren't for the fact that support for the product doesn't exist to combat what should be simple issues to fix.

Plugin seems nice enough but there is zero support and only very short basic documentation unfortunately.

After having tried numerous other WordPress custom map plugins, Mapplic is easily one of the best custom mapping plugins I've used for WordPress. Not only is the UI extremely flexible and easy to use, I had a question or 2 about a map I couldn't get to work correctly and support responded very quickly with exactly what I needed to get my map working.

This is definitely my new go-to plugin anytime I need any sort of custom map. Easy 5 star review as far as I'm concerned - thanks for a great plugin!

This is a great plugin when you take some time to get to know it. I have enjoyed building maps for a project and it works brilliantly.

Unfortunately have to give this a 1 star, as much as it seems like a great app, the resulting output is just not worth the hassle. I've gone through the documentation which is very minimal, tried to replicate files and settings based on provided examples to no avail as to why pins move when you tap on them. Contacted the team via their website twice as well as leaving a comment on the items page. No response on either channel. Not helpful, and plugin is rendered useless. Avoid buying this as tempting as it looks your maps won't work correctly and there is no support as shown on the sellers profile. Completely missed that point prior to purchase!!

This plugin was decent in the past. It may have had a few bugs, but generally worked well and made importing and using SVGs to create interactive maps very easy. It also had hooks to bring in data from Custom Post Types into the popups/tooltips. However, the newest (and only) update in the last year+ completely changed everything. Although it may be an improvement in usability and no longer relies on jQuery, it is not backwards compatible. So anyone upgrading BEWARE! The previous shortcodes no longer work, custom CSS is gone and the WP hooks and filters have all changed, and there is little documentation. Unfortunately the time it will probably take to redo all of my maps with the new version is not worth it, so I am reverting to the former. Perhaps when there is better documentation of these things for the new version I will reconsider.

Apparently this plugin is no longer supported. I will be cancelling the charge to my credit card.

I was reminded of this plug-in when Envato sent me an email suggesting that I pay another 10,25 Euro to ensure myself of continued support. Support? For a plug-in that has not been updated in ages, while the author's website has gone to black? Ironic. In my view this plug-in should be immediately removed from the market, because it is obsolete, not maintained and awful. It should also be removed, because people buying it, will inevitably suffer some financial damage. I have cut my losses and have replaced it by a much better, well-supported, and actively maintained plugin with more functionality.

My advise is not to waste money on this one. Having it still in the Envato market is also misleading.

I wonder why is on sale... it should be removed from the marketplace if it's bugged and no one updates it...
