Hi, I opened a ticket 155127 but you didn’t reply, so I’m forced to write here.. this plugin worked with MasterStudy LMS until version 3.9.9. – now, I migrated to a new host and reinstalled the whole theme with the newest version of this plugin – however this newest version broke my MasterStudy LMS. When I want to open a course, I only get white death.
I opened a ticked to ask if you could let me download version 3.9.9. – to see if that version works or not.. Can you please let me do that? I’d be happy to be stuck with that old version if that still works..
Please reply. I’m unable to make any progress with my website until this conflict is solved..

The Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder is an addon built for the standard version of the WPBakery Page Builder and it seems to be working fine with the latest WordPress version.
Theme authors often alter and customize plugins a little before bundling it with their theme. And they are responsible to offer latest updates and support for it.
Can you please get in touch with your theme author to check whether they’ve released the latest version for you? Please ask them to look into it and get in touch with us if they need help.

The plugin works well at our end. We haven’t heard of such issues from existing users.
You could be having an older version of the plugin. Please check with your theme author or get a licensed copy to make sure you receive updates on time.

Currently, the Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder is a stable plugin and therefore it does not need regular updates.
But, we still release updates to fix or improvise anything to match the trend or make it compatible with the latest WPBakery Page Builder and WordPress updates when needed.

Envato no longer supports the manual activation using purchase code.
Here are the steps to Activate the license for the Ultimate Addons plugin:
1. Once the plugin is installed, navigate to Plugins, and you’ll find the “Activate License” link. 2. It will take you to the Envato site, which is the parent company of ThemeForest / CodeCanyon. Please login with your account. 3. Click on Approve. 4. And finally.. click the button on the next screen and activate your license. It will take you back to your website, and your license will be active.

Can I somehow enable video backgrounds on mobile? They just disappear entirely. I know iOS and Android used to block them on mobile, but that is no longer the case and it will play if the video is muted.

Some mobile devices (particularly running on iOS by Apple) do not allow video backgrounds to run. You can read a thread on stackoverflow.com regarding this.
So, we have used some advanced optimization methods and have provided a provision for users to input a placeholder image that is displayed if the background video is not able to play.
Nevertheless, I have added this feature request to our to-do list, and forwarded it to our concerned dev team. If feasible, we will try working on it in the near future.

That isn’t true anymore though, that post is from 9 years ago. Apple/Android no longer block that capability as long as the video is muted. This is as of iOS10, which came out ~5 years ago now.

But, we are constantly looking into it to test it with the latest versions of WordPress and the WPBakery Page Builder. So, an update is released when we find something has to be worked on or fixed. Otherwise, it is a stable product and we certainly offer support for it.

Hi, we use Version 3.19.10, delivered by a paid Theme. I inserted the Info Circle, great Tool, but if I used the responsive Design, the List was made, but the Text from every Item is listed 5-Times in the responsive List. Full Screen and the Circle, there is the Text only one time and also in the Backend, it is only once written. Where came it from? Is it a bug, do we have to buy the new Version to fix it? Thanks
