Hello, I just bought your plugin and it doesn’t work . I’m on Kinsta and I add the custom code to use nginx serve. I use Ultimate Member but your plugin doesn’t work : when I click on a pdf link, the pdf loads even though it is marked as a “restricted file”. Do you know why ? I have an issue where your ticket system won’t accept my purchase code to make a ticket, so I can’t contact you with an issue. Can you direct me on how to get past that. It is, most definitely, the correct purchase code, and up to date.

Is it possible to restrict files by user roles monthly? Like a user of a certain role can download 3 files per month whereas a user with another role can download 10 etc.
Can I use the plugin with woocommerce. I want my ebooks in pdf format to be viewed only online and there should be no download. Once a customer place an order through woocommerce so in customer dash board the pdf file should be availabel for online reading only with no download option.

Hi, i got your good PDF viewer pluggin on 2 websites, how this pluggin work with PDF viewer. How’s the viewer look like when the pdf is protected? Error message ? The pdf viewer is not showing??? I need to protect more than 300 pdfs who are already embedded in PDF viewer on 300 posts….thank’s

Yes, you can customize the message globally (using the help of a free plugin) and if you’ve created the viewwrs with new system introduced in v10,you have the option to customize the message for each individual viewers.

i need an extra pluggin for customising the message ? no way to customise it inside your pluggin !!! I saw too a button in viewer with redirection, can we customise the redirection? BTW the new system in v.10 is not useful. I got more than 400 pdfs on my websites and i can’t create a viewer for each file!!!! I still use short code settings of olders version
Hi, For the old url’s, yes using an external plugin is the solution. This should not be a big deal though, a very simple plugin that helps you change some text.

Hi, when the file is restricted, the user got “No Results Found” page, it’s possible to have another message like “To see this pdf you have to be logged” ?

Hi n3fs, Thank you for your comment. Currently it redirects to 404 page if the file is restricted. However, I am keeping it as a feature request to add something like this in a future version.

Hello, your plugin was working very well for me until recently. I am now unable to insert media files into certain posts and am getting PHP warnings on the backend. I tried to submit a ticket through your website, but the form is not allowing screenshots to be attached nor links to be inserted for you to view them. I managed to create a ticket without the screenshots, but when I replied to the automatic email (helpdesk@themencode.com), the message bounced. I would appreciate help with my problem and the ability to send you screenshots. Thanks.
Quick reply: it seems that my support recently expired. I would appreciate a reply in any case so that I know if this plugin is still being developed and actively supported. If so, I am open to renewing my support, but at the moment, I cannot even send you a help desk ticket without problems.
