Hello, before buying this theme, I have a question or request. Is it possible to prevent Download to come direct to the the local storage of a device. I mean can it also allows the Downloaded file only to be saved in the local server whereby it can be played offline like for for boomplay or APPL. Thanks

Hello, the sendiblue list appear in the settings but Not in the form subscribes setting, even after disable and enable the plugin as well as disconnect snd reconnect the Api Sendiblue.

I checked your demo everything is easy to understand and easy to use, But I think you should add more features in it. You guys have developed this plugin around 3 years ago but even you did not add a fields like contact number and address. This are some basic essentials after email and name. You should give more focus on it because half of the world still uses contact number. In india or Nepal people are still using SMS Marketing instead of Email Marketing. Hope you get my point. Hello, This plugin suddenly stopped working it was working fine before. For example, I have freebies for people to download in exchange for their email but recently once they put their email and name and click submit, it continues to load forever and never submits the request.

Our plugin uses WP admin ajax to submit the form and process the subscription but your site is not returning any response on ajax request due to which the form is freezing in the loading screen. Did you do any changes lately in the server regarding ajax requests or installed any other plugins related with cache or security?
To verify this, can you please check once by deactivating all other plugins and switch the theme to default WP themes such as twenty sixteen and let us know the result afterwards.

1. Our plugin uses the shortcode functionality to display the form and as long as you can add our plugin’s shortcode, our plugin shall run with any visual builders and we haven’t been informed of any inconsistencies yet.
2. No our plugin doesn’t contain the visual builder but our plugin itself has the easy to use user interface to configure the form settings and other settings.

1) When you subscribe for download (we have instant download ON), there is no updates in subscribers list. It worked perfect, but suddenly stoped working (to collect email address). Last updates was maybe 3 weeks ago..
2) So weird is this – when someone will subscribe to download, we have email notification about this, but no updates in Subscribes list in plugin page. Site need some times to update new subscribers?

Hi. Can you give more than two chekboxes with consents in your plugin? The first one should be obligatory and the next two are additional.

Thank you for writing to us. Currently we have only two checkboxes available. One is for terms and agreement and another one is for GDPR agreement which is not mandatory but if they check this checkbox then only they are subscribed to third party email services configured in our plugin.

hi, so one question. everything is set up properly but i face 2 issues:
1. sometimes i get the email after submitting the details to my email and sometimes i don’t get the email. Any idea why ? I check junk mail box as well.
2. The first time i got the email, i clicked on the confirmation link and it redirected to my website and then nothing. I am not sure why but it does not seem to work. Any idea why ?
3. I already clicked on the confirmation link in the email so i checked in the wp admin to see if i appear in the subscriber list but it is empty.
I am not sure why but it doesn’t seem to work properly.

Ok. In the wp admin >> subscriber >> DOWNLOAD STATUS column, it says “0” while the content was downloaded. People receive a link via email and click on the provided url in the email. But it still says “0” even though it has been downloaded.
