I just purchased this plugin. I had a few minor issues (one of them caused by myself while simply overlooking an important detail - d'ohh).
When I contacted support they replied very promptly and were super helpful and patient with me. There was a small php error that they fixed and updated immediately. And I had a small issue caused by the theme on my own website and they helped looking for the culprit as well.
All in all, it's a great plugin that works well, is easy to use, and can be customized. It was exactly what I needed.
