I have tested the free version of “WordPress Real Media Library: Media Library Folder & File Manager for Media Management” and found it being exactly what I needed. Yesterday a bought a licence (ver 4-17-10) and followed the instructions to install it. Unfortunately I keep getting a message saying that the file exceeds the “upload_max_filesize”. I have tried different ways to adjust the maximum fie size. In the media upload folder it is stated that the maximum allowed fie size is 512 Mb so it should be sufficient. My WordPress version is 5.8.3. How do I proceed?

How in the world do you install this product? I downloaded the files onto my PC, but do not see an obvious .exe file to click open to install the product. Nor do I see any tutorial telling me how to install the product. PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO INSTALL THIS PRODUCT OR ISSUE AN IMMEDIATE REFUND! Hi long. term user of this plugin, but now I’m having issues using this plugin.

I’m using the latest version plugin version 4.17.10 with latest WP version

Now if I add a folder and refresh the page, my folder will be gone. My images still appear, but new folders no longer save.

Please, use Auto Update. I get tired from remove and reinstall your plug every time to get for the updates. That is very ANNOYING.

How many licences installations are included please ?

Hi, I purchased and downloaded Real Media Library Pro but when I tried to install the plugin I got this error message:

Unpacking the package… Installing the plugin… The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin installation failed.

I tried to install this zip file several times by uploading it. I even tried uninstalling the free plugin to see if that would help but it did not. I would like to get my money back. Please credit my PayPal account with $42.98 I paid for this plugin.

I have already purchased an annual licence of Real Media Library Pro. After multiple video and 1 hour of reading, I finally found the License key which received an error message when I tried to activate on the wordpress back office extension module.

Hello I have done all of the steps in “How can I install the PRO version.

At step 3 I get this screen:

In the plugins table I click on upload, and there is nothing that uploads. If I enter real media library in row search paneI get a screen that says the plugin is already active, and then I get the following, screen shot of my plugins list:

Something, it appears to me, has gone wrong at your end, as I never got the confirmation email and license key. There is nowhere to upgrade at my end that I can find.
