Hi, I have more than 600 listings on my website and now I have the below weird problem.
Whenever I add a new listing, the address field is not saved. If I edit the address in an existing listing is not saved. At the frontend, the address of the new listings is not shown. The problem is only with the address field. Another weird thing is that when I search at the frontend via the search form and select the correct city, it shows the listing but without the address field. This means that somewhere the location is saved but not correctly.
I disabled all the plugins and checked but the problem is still there. I inspected the browser for any errors but there are none.
What I found, is when I search the database for the address in an old listing that shows the address field it gives me 2 results in two tables in the database. The one result is in the table wp_postmeta and the other in the table wp_w2dc_locations_relationships.
When I search the database for the address in a new listing, it shows only one result in table wp_postmeta. There is no entry in table wp_w2dc_locations_relationships.
Something happened, and the location is not getting saved there. What can I do?
Something that i found is when i try to add a new listing location i get the below error: Could not insert term into the database.
I managed to resolve it by restoring the database a few day ago. It must be something that i have done
I do not want maps anywhere on the site, including no map on single listing page. Is this possible?

i am trying to use the import export feature. When i import a listing i have only the addrees so i check the auto geocode with the address but the map in the listing is far away. is there a way to apply zoom in the map existing listings? not one by one but to many listings.

it is the only thing that this plugin is missing.
you have to think the people that work years on the plugin and for some reason they need to move the 50000 listings and they see that there is no way of doing it. i have tried so many ways, copying the plugin database but it isnt working. my only solution now is to move one by one 20000 listings. it will take a lot of time again.

1- Before I could drag and drop categories and locations to sort them, but now I can’t, is this normal? There is indeed a parameter in the configuration (default drag and drop, alphabetical, number) but that does not change anything in the 3 possible choices. I have just added a category and it appears in the last position in the management on the administrator side as well as in the drop-down menu on the visitor side, and it is impossible to move it.
2- In the search menu visible to Internet users, in the category drop-down selector there is now an icon representing a magnifying glass to the left of each category name, I did not have this before, how to remove this icon next to the name of each category? (In the category settings management section there is no icon selected). Thank you and have a good week.

1. this is not normal, probably there is a javascript error breaking drag & drop. You can see it in browser console.
“Order by” setting affects on categories table at the frontend pages. It is not for search dropdown fields, they have own ordering settings.
2. this icon was all the way with our plugin. The only way to remove this – add your custom CSS code.

1- I found the culprit, it was the “Ultimate GDPR & CCPA” plugin which for some unknown reason was preventing the drag & drop. I disabled this plugin, anyway it was incompatible with W2DC. https://zupimages.net/up/22/03/0g7l.jpg - Do we know a GDPR plugin fully compatible with W2DC?2- I solved this problem by adding by FTP a personalized icon in the “wp-content/plugins/w2dc/resources/images/categories_icons” folder. But my icon may be deleted during the next updates of the plugin, is there a remedy to avoid the deletion of additional files during updates?

1. unfortunately we did not test W2DC plugin with such sort of plugins, I hope another similar GDPR plugin will be compatible with W2DC plugin.
2. you can select icons from prepared images at the Directory Listings -> Directory Categories page.
Custom icons files place in your child theme “w2dc-plugin/” folder.

Hi, I’m having issues with emails not sending from the claim form. I have Post SMTP plugin installed. I do know email are sent out from Ultimate Member. I have tried turning Ultimate Member off but the email still will not send. They were sending before I personalized the Email notifications in the stopped working. Could have I hit a setting that stopped emails? Also when the claim form was sending, the lin expired in a matter of minutes. Thank you for any feedback in this issue.

I just updated to latest version, and now css affects to all calendars in the site, even on pages where plugin shortcodes are not included. I do have “Do not include jQuery UI CSS” active. and we have “Include directory JS and CSS files on all pages” off

Also, another thing that is happening is when I have listings in subcategories and I hit the parent category in the search form, it doesn’t bring the listings that are below, if, in the listing, the parent category is not selected. My humble opinion is that it shouldn’t be necessary to select parent category when you insert a listing. Also, it looks strange because in the search form in the parent category it shows the number of listings that exist in all subcategories, and when you choose it then it shows nothing.

I have many listings in my website. When I choose a directory category at the backend, does not give me any results so i can edit them. Nor when I hit a location. It only works at the frontend. Is that the way its supposed to be? Am i doing something wrong? Is there a way to sort my listings by a category rather by searching by name?

there are 2 possible reasons:
1. purchase code is not correct
2. your site can not connect to codecanyon to verify purchase code
Make sure you have correct purchase code. And contact your hosting provider about the site external connections issue.
