The plugin adds listing logo image as a featured image in the same way as native WP post does. It saves the record in database pointing to the featured image ID – “_thumbnail_id” in wp_postmeta table.
Probably some configuration needed in your sharing system or CDN service.

I see on other sites scripts and plugin styles are loaded on all pages of the site. Configure the plugin so as not to load scripts on pages where the plugin is not used?
This depends on how WordPress site was configured. By default it loads plugin’s scripts and styles only on directory pages, but using directory widgets it loads them on all frontend pages.

Directory owner can create payment listings level with certain number of days (as active period of time), then listing will be downgraded automatically.

Hi, I nearly have everyone set up but have a couple questions I can seem to find the answers to in the help docs. 1) When you put your mouse over the flag, it says “is this your ad”. Is it possible to change flag icon and can I change the text “Is this Your Ad”? I assume I can over upload a new image to replace the flag but not sure where to change the text. 2) On the claim listing page. What file do I need to go so that I can edit the claim page text? To edit a new listing pages or listing pages, I have to go into the file manager. Correct? Never mind, I figure it out.

Not sure if I got this correct. I select the categories I want to see in the directory and I select the same I want to see for the listing level.
Problem is that all the categories still show, instead of the ones I selected. I only want to allow the categories I selected. How do I fix that?
This depends on where it still shows all categories.
Scenario: 1. directory for business listings. 2. directory to be used as classifieds.
I setup classifieds to only show a subset of the categories. WHen entering a classifieds add, all the categories show.

you are importing CSV with addresses, but during an import it did not geocode address into coordinates, probably you did not enable geolocation during the import, or geolocation does not work on your site.

When a customer submits the Reset Password option, the link they receive in their email notification directs them to the wp-login page of the website. They can successfully reset their password but are redirected to login to the wordpress backend – instead they should be logging in via customer portal on the frontend. I can see this is also an error on your demo site. Can you please assist with this?

1. you can use both, URL to image in CSV column, or archive ZIP file – images names should be also listed in CSV columns. Probably something restricted at the host?
2. please look at the Directory Admin -> Content fields settings page, there is configuration link for this field.

Hi, when an mp3 file is uploaded. On the listing page, you click a link and the audio player opens in a new tab. Is there a way to get the mp3 to play on the listing page itself and/or in except? I was considering download an audio player plugin but was not sure that would work. Any advise? Thank you
Hello, unfortunately no, the plugin does not manage audio player. It is allow to download uploaded file, not to play it.
That is a feature I would love to see added. I can have the users use a iframes from another website to play music on the website.
Yes, audio player in an iframe should work for mp3 files.
