Hi! I cannot contact support, as my theme include wpbakery. But the problem is in the assembly of the theme. When adding a chart with a value of 0.x, such a value is not displayed at all on the chart. All numbers are cut to a point (46.99> 46)
Also, if the label name is long and outside the chart, it is cut.

Try pie or doughnut
Hello, The pie or doughnut chart does not support decimals. They rely on whole numbers. However, we do have many third party add-on under add-ons section of codecanyon which has their own pie charts which might have such a feature.

Didn’t find another place where to report the issue below, so posting it here (with solution), hopefully you could fix it in the next release.
“Single Image” control broken in the latest v6.8.0 (in v6.7.0 worked fine) when used with WPML and attachments translation is disabled, as result images without translation are not displayed on pages.
Root cause in the helpers\helpers.php file, where line: $attach_id = apply_filters( ‘wpml_object_id’, $attach_id ); was added in v6.8.0. In our case translation for attachments is disabled, as such wpml_object_id filter returns nothing.
In order to resolve this issue – that line should be adjusted in the following way: $attach_id = apply_filters( ‘wpml_object_id’, $attach_id , ‘attachment’, true); So it returns the original id if translation is missing (hopefully such behavior should be more preferable for most of the users).
Seems wpml_object_id filter also used without $return_original_if_missing param in the shortcodes\vc_single_image.php file, but that was there before v6.8.0 and not sure what it affects, but also added the mentioned param set to TRUE.

I am using your very useful grid Builder, however you have left out some fundamental things like: being able to indicate the length of the Post Excerprt, or to indicate whether to make that element visible to a device.
Then in the Post Grid, you have not entered the possibility of indicating the columns to be shown by device, which is useful for optimizing space.
Can you tell me if you have an addons to do it. I have tried some plugins that add a lot of things and slow down a lot. I just wish it would add responsive functionality to your Post Grid.

Hello, The post excerpt length is dependent upon WordPress and it can be modified as per: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/hooks/excerpt_length/ The standard plugin does not have a feature to control element visibility and the number of post grid columns based on the device width. However, you can check the add-ons section on codecanyon as this might be possible using an add-on. Please do make sure to re-confirm the feature with the respective add-on developer before making a purchase.

I am using your plugin included in my theme, I have some questions for the retail version of your plugin.
1. Are there any differences between the version included in the theme and your purchase version?
2. In the version of your plugin included in my theme, I don’t see options for the different devices in the “Design Options” tab, in other themes this is present, maybe this feature is only available in the purchasable version of your plugin? 2) Our standard plugin does not have such a feature. It looks like a custom feature added by the theme
3) You can check the options of post grid in demo link shared in (1). It allows filter based on post type and taxonomies. It also allows using custom query for more specific results.

Just one question why you haven’t improved your famous and useful plugin yet, adding solutions designed for mobile, like the ones described above?
I have found some third party plugins / addons, but they are often hybrids and often slow down processes as well because they try to change the natural functioning of your plugin and Wordpress.
Many are moving towards Elementor, which is much more flexible in this respect. I am continuing to choose your plguin and themes that use it. But I do not hide from you that this is often tiring, precisely because after so many years you have not improved this aspect.

Ok which ones are so I can try them, I have found and tried some, but they all work by including everything inside another block etc.
Some of these force so much that they slow everything down.
In any case you know what I mean your plugin has stopped for years, you make small updates but it hasn’t evolved anymore, and the others are moving forward.

Hello, The plugin which comes with the theme does not have a license of it’s own. Due to this, to update the plugin you need to contact the theme developer. The direct license will allow you to update the plugin yourself. The purchased license is valid for lifetime.

Hi,
Causes a problem with multiple language sites in the plugin Polylang where there is a language mutation.
Images in default languages are visible. Not visible in other languages.
In my opinion, this is caused by the helpers.php file.
He uploaded FTP files and when I upload helpers.php, the images disappear.

A warning for those updating to 6.8.0. As soon as I updated to the new version, the image blocks on the frontend disappeared, but not on the backend. Going back to 6.7.

Something is going on with the new version, 6.8.0. My video player is not working with the latest version, which is not surprising; every time you have a new update, something always goes wrong. As soon as 6.8.1 comes out, I will try again.
