It’s possible to display form elements with input values and selection along with the submission. Settings are available in the Form Builder > Config > Result and Email > Trackback Page > Show Full Submission

Hi. My form is loading supper slow and my support expired. I assume it has to do smth with the elements that have been deleted in the process of form generation. F12 console returns 3349 errors like “Error! Element not supported by mathematical evaluator. Element variable: M164” and “Error! Element not supported by mathematical evaluator. Element variable: M248”. None of my past support tickets have been properly addressed, so I am skeptical about paying for the support again. Are you able to fully resolve my issue in the context of your support or not?

Is it possible to put a format string of a “heading” or “rich text” on Success message . This heading or rich text is conditional logic based.

I must build a website which will be used for a survey collecting data from a number of registered users.
Each user will have access to their private area and will submit a form. Also, they must be able to edit their submission(s).
The admin will have access to full data submitted by all users and export it.
Can I achieve this with eForm and the easySubmissions add-on?

Yes, this can be possible. eForm does not provide any private area, you can use the WordPress default user’s dashboard. You would need to make the form login restricted.
Admin can we the submitted data through admin dashboard area and can export the data as well.

Yes, if you do not mention any mathematical id in the WooCommmerce integration, then eForm will just add the product to the cart with the product price set in WooCommerce.

Yes, its kind of… The user select a location/spaces, then day/time picker from/to if needed and then other options (like tables, computer…) ant i gives the price cost of that. Is that possible?

Great, but the real question is: In this example, every answer has a kind of class like Green, Red and Yellow. And if we have about five questions and if users select the red one more in the total count. So it will redirect to specific red(warning page). If it selects Green more in the total count, it will redirect to Green(Success page).

Sorry, it’s not possible depending on the label class. This is possible only using the radio option or checkbox options or drop-down option.
You would need to add the score and the numeric values to the option with the option name. Further, depending on the option selected by the user and the calculated score, we can add conditions for the redirection.

Yes, definitely I will use radio buttons for this. But radio buttons are answers. Can I assign a class or category or something else to every answer like Green, Red and Yellow? So, in the end, we could count the total of classes or categories of user responses.

we use the form and we love it. One question. We have problems with the bulk upload element. When we upload like 6 photos from the mobile phone, we get een error: Error service unavailable. Do you know what we are doing wrong? The PHP settings are good; max upload of images is 300Mb. We check all the settings but everything is fine…

Unfortunately, these kinds of errors are usually not in our control. Something in your server is making it happen. Server-side error log will help you to identify the exact issue. Please check and share the server error log, you would need to enable WordPress debugging by editing your wp-config.php, replacing the line that says –

with the following line-
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );

We wanna build an text generator. Text is build based on user input in eform form fields. For example:
Company name: TAX/VAT ID: Do you sell on amazon? YES/NO PayPal integration active? YES/NO
After that we need to show in final result page an concatenate/combine textblocks based on selected form options. Example result:
Company name: NEWMEDIA. TAX/VAT: UK-5464646. This website is using cookies and is also using payment method paypal. This website is sending your personal data to paypal service.
So every option will have another textblock in result. Is that possible? And do you already have users who made simple legal text generator like this?
Second question: After user submit his form: he can download the result of the form/textblock/summary in pdf file like in other form plugins? I see many users are asking here for this option.
Third question: We can create template for PDF file like in other form plugins? I see many users are asking here for this option.

2. Case two: Company name: NEW MEDIA. Do you use Google Analytics: NO. Result text/now we need to write this text: Company name: NEW MEDIA.
So you see, the textblock is removed because website is not using google analyitics. So we need to show/add text block based on user form input/selection. Is that also possible? Or we only can use variable in predefined static text?

I guess you are asking to show/hide the textbox depending on the input by the user. This can be possible using conditional logic. You can show hide the elements depending on the value of another element.

So you can see: We removed the second textblock if user set google analytics to NO. Most of all plugins can do that. What about yours?

Thank you for your support – Whilst eforms has many rich features, unfortunately it is missing some of the basics, ie:-
- ability to create bespoke user notification email.
- ability to create bespoke admin notification email.
Yes, you offer a solution for the above, but it means editing php files . This should be a standard admin panel feature.
- there are no control settings to set when the user email is sent. So if the user’s payment fails, the user will still receive the USER EMAIL thanking them for their business???
It would be awesome if you offered solutions to the above, but from our previous communications, it is simply not possible. Whilst eforms has the capacity to receive payments, the process for the emails contradicts the actions of the user.
With that in mind, please can I respectfully request a refund, so I can seek a different solution.

Sorry if I will ask extensively before buying, I just tested your product for a few minutes because I am comparing it with other forms available, and check details, layouts and creativity options. Sometimes I didn’t find the options, or maybe they are quite hidden.
1. Is it possible to integrate / be compatible with Google Drive (Sheets or Docs) when sending the form?
2. Can we create a form with title, columns and rows, to user side, as if it were fill a spreadsheet in Excel?
3. Is it possible to integrate / compatible with Clickup app? or any ticketing system, for example, like Open-Source Ticket (OSTicket)? Newsletters like Constant Contact / Reasonable Software?
4. Can we easily change the actual Wordpress/Woocommerce user registration form to add more fields with this system?
5. For spam protection, can we select validators: text-based / captcha / recaptcha / hcaptcha / image-based or others? ... because some countries cannot load some validators.
6. Can we change the style to dark mode / side based?
7. There’s Form abandonment analysis?

—We do not have this type of compatibility/integration directly in the eForm although you can integrate it through the eForm-Zapier integration.

—Again, we do not have this type of integration although you can check if Zapier has support for your required third-party apps and you can send submitted data to the Zapier from eForm itself.

—You can add/remove fields of the registration forms created using the eForm. eForm registration is completely based on the WordPress core registration functionality.

—We have simple validation based on the calculation and have Google reCaptcha as well.

2. You can remove it using the setting available in From Builder > Config > Form Type or it’s possible to remove using custom CSS. Option is available in the same config area for adding custom CSS.

Just some more feedback.
From what I’m seeing over a time of testing, I’m Not happy with this form. :-/ It seems to have a lot of problems with CSS configuration, and it is not easy or immediate to solve …
For example, if you go into settings (if we change some spec (on/off), color, whatever), but then want to go back and Exit (without saving what you changed on the panel) this form does not allow it.
There is No option to hit the ESC keyboard and exit without saving, there is no “X” button to delete without saving the changes.
Why we always need to save everything we do? This makes no sense at all because we do mistakes, and we need to go back to previous configuration. Even if you touch outside popup areas, the popup doesn’t close, so no way to go back. Only closing the window of the browser!
It only has “Save” and on the top right it has a right arrow that also does the same “Save” function, However, this is a basic thing to release on the very next version.
I think the main point is that eform should improve more the CSS configuration options quite a lot, to make it easier for people to configure and preview the results in the best way. Not using custom CSS outside (that everyone will do, losing more time to see the names and classes and apply the code)…

How can I properly delete the file uploads associated with eForms’ file uploading function?
I’ve set it so Uploads are not sent to WordPress Media.
Besides deleting them from the FTP folder ”/uploads/fsqm-files/”, which won’t delete them from the “wp_fsq_files” database table, is there a method in your plugin’s settings to delete them from the folder and remove their entry from the database (So it doesn’t leave ghost media in there)?
I don’t want people uploading a bunch of files without having a way to remove them for whatever reason. I couldn’t find anything on your documentation about this subject.
