Hi,
We need to populate a form dynamically with up to 10 formfields, each field should be a simple image slider …the visitor should be able to stop/choose one image from each slider before submitting the form.
I realize this would be a very custom setup but could you please comment on whether it sounds doable or what challenges we would face?
Thanks!
Hello,
We have a thumbnail selector and image slider elements for displaying images where you can add images along with options selection.
Please check the thumbnail selector demo form here in https://eform.live/examples/#efl-ex-form-25
You can try all these available options https://demo.eform.live/
It will be helpful to provide more precise answer if you can elaborate more on your requirement.
Thank you!
Thank you for your quick reply, eForm looks very interesting!
We need to generate each form field dynamically.
Based on visitor choice, a custom query will retrieve featured images from a CPT (could be hundreds)...these images should populate the different image sliders/form fields.
Each form field should be a simple image slider where the “current image” would be the visitors choice for that field.
Is there any way that we could programmatically construct each form field (eForm image slider) based on results from our custom query?
Thanks!
Hi, Is it possible to link the File Upload Module (eForm) with Dropbox in order to receive files uploaded by users in a dropbox directory? Thank you
Hello!
A couple of pre-sale questions, please.
1. I am the admin of my site. I want my collaboratives, who have not administrative role, to see the Reports and have fully access to the Forms. Is it possible?
2. Can Reports be displayed in pages or they must be downloaded?
3. Clients have to register or is there also the possibility to submit their replies in anonymous mode?
4. Is the plugin translated into italian?
Thank you very much!
Hello,
Thank you for enquiring with us. Please review my answers below -
1. Yes, this is possible, please check detailed User Roles, Capabilities and Access Privileges .
2. You can display the reports on the pages using embed code.
3. Both are possible.
4. 99% of what the plugin outputs is editable from the form builder. However, there are certain things like validation messages, placeholder text and different admin labels which can be translated in your language using the provided language template files provided with the plugin.
Let me know if you have further queries.
Hello,
Thank you for your kind reply.
My manager put me some important questions, please:
1. As some of collaboratives of ours don’t like to access the site in the backend, is there the possibility for them to get the forms to arrive at their own emails once submitted the Forms, with the Excel Report attached?
2. Because of GDPR restrictions, is there the possibility to tick “I read your privacy policy and I agree….” before submitting the forms?
Thank you!
Hi, my form at www.hrvendurance.com is displayed incorrectly. The labels are out of the boxes and the rating stars are displayed vertically!! How this can be possible if they are displayed horizontally in the preview?
Thank you, Miguel

Hi! I’m working with a webhook and I would like the request to be send according to the stripe payment. If the payment is successful, then I receive the webhook. If not, I do not receive. If not possible, is there a way to differenciate both states (successfull or failed) when receiving webhook? Thanks a lot
Hello,
Sorry, it’s not possible to integrate webhook based on the Stripe payment status. Let me know if you have further queries.
Thank you!
Hi There,
Please can you help.
With regards to the USER EMAIL, I am unable to space the text correctly. The line breaks are not being automatically created and if I use HTML the paragraphs have no space between them.
Many thanks, Steve

Does the address fields in this form allow the use of auto address lookup for the UK?
Hello,
Sorry, we do not have auto address lookup for UK in the address element although we have it in GPS tracker for all locations. Please check the demo here in https://eform.live/examples/#efl-ex-form-24
I want to customise the look and feel of the form, I’ve used the below code but can’t get it to work. Please advise where this code should be inserted and if the code is correct.
.acc—style3 .acc-tgg-button.collapsed:before { content: ”\2b”; background-color: #1d70b8; height: 40px; } .ipt-uif-custom-material-custom.eform-override-element-boxy .ipt_uif_column { margin-bottom: 0px; } .ipt-uif-custom-material-custom .ipt-eform-content { margin: 0 auto; background-color: #1d70b8; box-shadow: 0 2px 2px 0px #ffffff, 0 3px 1px -2px #ffffff, 0 1px 5px 0 #fff; }

Hello, I hope everything’s fine. I would if is it possible by eFORMS to create a “Preferences Poll” system like described below:
- Create a drag-n-drop “Sortable List” of answers - Give a different score to answers based on their “Dragged Position” - Create a Pie Chart using all those scores from all Logged Users who voted
So the pie chart will represent the “weight” of each single option present in the Quiz, instead of excluding other answers.
EX: a team needs to vote the order in a To-Do List, instead of deciding what will be excluded from that list.
I hope I was clear enough. Sorry for my bad english.
Hello,
All is good, thank you
Sortable list of answers as required is possible i.e. score based on their position is possible but the score will be calculated as per the total of all items which are in the correct position. Please check https://www.screencast.com/t/QzL6mpyqf
You can generate the report with a PIE chart of all the submissions of any particular form for all the elements altogether or partially.
Please check more details about the feature here in eForm Enhanced Submission Report & Analysis
Let me know if it works for your requirement.
is there an endpoint URL we’re supposed to use with stripe? I configured it exactly as the docs outline, but for some reason, my stripe account isn’t showing any charges coming through.
Hello,
The endpoint is not required in the configuration. Please check error log in wp-content folder and check transaction log in your stripe dashboard as well. eForm itself maintains the error log in wp-content folder. You would need to enable WordPress debugging by editing your wp-config.php, replace the line that says –
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
with the following line-
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
If still having the issue then kindly use our support forum as we will need to check the configuration in your form.
I have my form setup to post a custom post type when the user initially registers. It works amazingly well, thank you.
My question is, I have a front-end user dashboard that shows all of their form submissions, which is ok, but I’m not sure how I can populate a list of their custom posts on their dashboard.
Basically, I want them to see a list of their custom posts (with links to the post), not the form submission data that created the custom post.
Is this possible?
Does eform have social share prompt after submitting form telling submitter to share the form to others?
If not, would you consider having it?
Hello,
Yes, we have this feature, please check more details here in Sharing Results on Social Networking Sites

Hi, this is an awesome plugin!! I’ve been using it for a long time…
I was wondering if there is a way I can use a script to generate a value, and then save it as a response.
I’m trying to avoid using the GPS Tracker, instead I would like to use a script like this one: https://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_geolocation.asp.
I have already tried unsuccessfully using Hidden Element.
Thanks in advance!
Hello,
Thank you for your good words
Let me know if you are asking for the GPS locator as shown here in https://eform.live/examples/#efl-ex-form-24
Hi, thanks for your quick reply… I am not asking for the GPS locator, I’m currently using that one. What I’m trying to do is to use the “HTML Geolocation API” as well as other scripts and be able to save those values, not only showing them in the form.
Hello,
Sorry, this is not possible without developing the custom module. If you need something like that then please get in touch with our service partner https://iptms.co/service for custom module development.
Thank you!
Alright, thanks for your support… again, awesome plugin!
Thank you very much
Hi, I have a pre-sale question.
I need to integrate a form with WooCommerce as follows: after putting the item(s) in the cart, the customer is directed to a form inside which some of the fields depend on the item purchased e.g. ITEM type A -> fields 1, 2, 3 -- ITEM type B—> fields 1, 2, 4, 5. In other terms, can the form vary according to the item purchased?
Thank you
Hello,
I would like to translate this line of text into French: * Maximum 1 option(s) allowed I’m using the Loco Translate plugin to translate the terms into French. But I can’t find this sentence in the eForm data set (ipt_fsqm-fr_FR.po )
Could you please tell me how to do it. Thank you very much !
Hello,
You would need to create your own translation file(ipt_fsqm-fr_FR.po) using the template file(ipt_fsqm.pot) provided with the plugin. Please check more details herein Translating eForm plugin to your language

i use https://demo.eform.live/ for testing before purchase this plugin. for the text input element i can not fill the numeric value, just automatic scoring
there is no option to do that
Hello,
Apologize for the misunderstanding. You can add validation to the input text element to allow only numeric values through the settings. Please check https://www.screencast.com/t/Mpg6ZE1p0

Hello! I have a question about your Woocommerce setup. Say that I have five product options to include on my form for purchase. How we want it set up is the customer fills out the form, chooses on of the products from a radio list, then gets redirected to the cart after submitting the form for to complete the purchase. The problem is with the instructions I’ve read (https://wpquark.com/kb/fsqm/payment-system/woocommerce-multiple-product-integration-with-eform/), the form submission will add ALL products to the cart since I’d included all the product IDs in the Payment > Woocommerce tab in order for each selection to be “connected” to the product. We don’t want this, but in our tests upon removing the Product IDs as suggested in the instructions, the form doesn’t function at all with the shopping cart & products; it’s just a form. So, how do I: 1) Offer multiple product options with different pricing for each to the customer to choose from 2) Redirect the customer to the Woocommerce Cart after they choose one of those options for checkout – with just one of those products in the cart, not all of them. Thank you in advance!
Hello,
Could you please use your Envato account for posting your query? We are unable to see your purchase history. Also, you can open up a ticket on our support forum for a quick resolution.
I’m doing this on behalf of a client who can’t seem to locate that information. We’re just trying to determine if it’s possible to do so – and if it is, will keep digging so we can extend our support or purchase a new license with extended support. Thanks!
Hello,
Please review my comments below – 1) Offer multiple product options with different pricing for each to the customer to choose from—Dynamic pricing is possible only with the single product integration. It’s not possible with multiple products.2) Redirect the customer to the Woocommerce Cart after they choose one of those options for checkout – with just one of those products in the cart, not all of them.
—Sorry, this is not possible.
