And there literally is no database tables being created.
Nothing I save within the plugin is being saved
Using PHP 7.3
Even used a generic theme
Even DE-activated all other plugins.
Even RE-downloaded the plugin 3 times

After updating the plugin (current version 2.7.8) a few months ago, the search function (keyword search) in the header area is not working correctly. No matter which keyword you enter, all existing listings are displayed after search. It worked before. I have also checked the UIDs.

My client currently has over 3,000 schools in this directory. However, most of these schools are duplicates. The only difference between the duplicates are the programs listed.
I would like to have each school listed once and have their corresponding list of programs within the detailed page. It would be great if users could search on these program values as well. What steps can I take to make this possible?
Another question I have is in regards to the featured image or logo image within the detailed page. It appears that the box surrounding the picture has extra padding on the top and bottom. How do I remove or adjust this? 1. you can set their corresponding list of programs as a select dropdown field or a text field for each school. This should be done instead of duplicated listings, so each school should have only one listing, but different fields.
2. there is “Do crop images gallery” setting at the Listings settings tab, set this to “Cut off image to fit width and height of main slide” option.

I made a new content field and applied the select list field type. I then added the list of programs for that corresponding school. This didn’t work how I imagined. I thought the select list would allow me to switch between the programs on the front end within the detail page. But when I’m on the backend, it only allows me to choose a single program out of the list. I also wasn’t able to add the programs select list to the Search Form.
I ended up adding all programs to a text string but then I noticed that some of the schools showed different tuition prices. Is there a way to have a program list that can be switched on the front end and simultaneously show different tuition prices as you select the different programs?

Yes, it works exactly in that way. You can select only exact field and show it at the frontend. Currently there is no variation fields.
Could you add details about “I also wasn’t able to add the programs select list to the Search Form.”? please. You need to manage Search Forms section at the backend.

For the second dropdown, is there a way to only show the address field without the dropdown above it?

as I see the first dropdown visible by stm_select widget. This was made by your theme or another plugin affecting on page layout. Please disable this widget to make it working.

I’m currently creating a cafe website and I need a food menu plugin that displays the menu for the current day, plus next days of the week and the visitor can navigate with the arrows in the side.
Just like in this one: https://aprimavera.pt/ in the “Ementa” section.
This one allows the users (cafe owners) to insert the weekly menu (it’s different every day) separated by days of the week.
It’s a simple list, no reservation, no price, no purchase. It’s just need to be connect with some kind of calendar.
And before purchasing, I would like to know if your plugin meets these expectations.

I tried editing the languages > W2DC-en_US.po file but that didn’t work. The settings are American but we are in the United Kingdom.
I also tried the Poedit method suggested in earlier comments but I got a £29.99 license required message.

When trying to update the plugin, I keep getting this error: response from Codecanyon – Unauthorized operation – please use a valid token with the required permissions. Reason scope required purchase:download
I have verify and recreated the API token and verified we have support on this (and verified the purchase code) about 5 times now and I am still getting this error.
I also want to say that all the API tokens I have created have ALL options checked – including the ones here: https://prnt.sc/o8zkcv
This error message definitely points to wrong permissions in the token. Double check this please. If this will not work please send me purchase code and token through support form in my profile privately.

My client’s plugin is out of date and I’m aware that in order to update we must purchase the newer version. We are trying to make this purchase under his account but my client lost the credentials to his Envato account. Can we find out what email is registered to my client’s domain? Also, I’m attempting to adjust the padding/margins around the featured image to my listings but I’m not finding where I can make these changes. Some settings have been disabled and I’m assuming it’s because the plugin is outdated.

When a member gets the renewal email for their listing, they click the “renew listing” link in the email, it takes them to the website where they can click the renew button. If for some reason they don’t complete the renewal process and payment the first time, when they go back later to renew, the website wants them to pay for multiple lists. If they cancel the renewal process again, the next they go back to renew, yet another listing is added, each time increasing the total cost for them to pay. We’re using woo commerce. I’ve looked all over and can’t find where to fix this in the backend or in the user’s account. Can you help? (latest version of Wordpress and Web 2.0 directory.

Hi there the Plug In is absolutly great and nice, but since the last 2 Updates the Post Type Functions of my Wordpress are blocked out from the Plug In, i know exactly that the Web 2.0 Directory causes this Error because i deactivated all Plug Ins and reactivated them step by step and this Plug in here is causing this problems. The Post Type Extra (Gallery, Video, Audio etc.) is hidden as soon your Plug In is activated. Please check this and giva any advice how i can get back this functionality in the moment, is there a possibility to roll back the Version of the Plug In?
I found a Version 2.7.7 in my Backup, this is working so that Post Types are working as well, i can now Post Video Posts etc. means there is any change in your Version 2.8 which destroys this Post Type Options. Please check for this and let me know as soon the Bug is fixed, then i will try the next Version to Update and see if that Bug is gone or not.

Can not def confirm it as i do not have version 2.7.8 in my backups. Don’t know why. But if i remember correcty the Update was in the SUmmer and from Summer till the last Update to Version 2.8 Video Posts etc. was working well, so i personally think that something goes wild in Version 2.8.

Hello, and thank you for the new presentation of the menu, I have been waiting for it for a very long time. However, there appear to be a few bugs.
- The opening time of the sub-locations (countries / regions) is much too long (15 to 20 seconds sometimes even more).

- I translated the entire update of the translation file, but the menu configuration interface remains in English.

Hello, I disabled and then enabled the WP Rocket plugin (without any changes to the settings) and the random error messages were gone. But there is still a malfunction, for the menu to work correctly I must first click on the [Search] button before being able to select a country and then a region. Without this action, after choosing a country, the list of regions is not offered.
The opening of the submenus (countries / regions) remains a little long to be displayed, is this normal?

Now I see it. The reason of all these problems in WP Rocket plugin.
As I see the rocket plugin makes required js scripts load in wrong order. That is why you’ve to click search button first.
I made the v2.8.1 update but no improvement on my problem.
After several attempts to configure WP Rocket, I disabled the following function: “Postpone JavaScript execution” (Improves performance by delaying the loading of JavaScript files until user interaction (ex: scroll, click).)
And since disabling this function it now seems to work correctly.

Are you talking about listing description field? Are you using Elementor builder with listing description field and trying to format text?

Hi! The edits are done via Directory Listing. Yes, I assume it is the description field. The edit window that opens up. The shortcode [webdirectory] is added via an Elementor code widget on the page.

Hi, the categories on my search box dropdown are order by date, whereas before they were ordered by alphabetical. I want them ordered alphabetically. Check: https://bpcc.pt/members-directory/ If you go down the category dropdown at the bottom you will see the newest categories and you will see those shouldn’t be at the bottom if they were alphabetically ordered.

Hello, is there a way to manually feature listings? It seems like it can only be set with the listing packages, but when customers are using listing packages with a subscription, we can’t just change their plans to feature their listing since their listings are tied into their subscriptions.
Ideally, an option should be available to feature a listing, similar to the rise up feature.
