Hello, It looks like the product license page at your end is disabled by the theme developer using vc_set_as_theme. You can get in touch with the theme developer and get rid of the above code from the theme to get it back.

Hi there, seems to be a bug with using the latest version of ACF Pro and your plugin. When trying to use ACF fields in a custom Post Grid, they only appear if you are logged in to the website. When logged out of wordpress (like a normal viewer on the website) the custom fields do not appear / no html is generated in the source code.

Hi, This will require some custom PHP coding. A new font can be added to the list as per: https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/developers-how-tos/how-to-manage-list-of-google-fonts/ Letter spacing can be added using letter-spacing CSS property.

At the registration page in app, in birthday column. Make it so everybody can register. To set year is difficult. Not everyone can do that. It shouldn’t be a must to add birthday.

An accordion section with one item won’t close. The accordion is collapsed initially on load, and can be opened to reveal the content, but trying to close it shows no link on hover and doesn’t close if attempted.
Is this by design? Or is there a way to enable this functionality?
Hello, In accordion element, atleast one of it’s tab should be open at a time. You can check an element such as FAQ which will allow closing a single tab.

In my case, there is only 1 accordion element total. It will open the first time the page is loaded, but will not close once it is open,
Hello, The accordion tab is closed when another is opened. Since there is only one tab, it is prevented from being closed.

Do you have any plans to create an update that allows images uploaded as a background image via your module to load as a WebP image? As here for example – https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/category/background/ When images are loaded using the image element of WPbakery page builder, they convert to WebP fine, as do all other images including logo etc. So using a module like EWWW or WebP Express for example. We’ve been in dialogue with them all at length for a few months, and understand the issue is with serving them as a background image in CSS?
Hello, If the image is dynamically converted during the rendering, then unfortunately it will not work with a background image as it is stored as a static source in the shortcode. However, we do have many third party add-ons which you can check under the add-ons section of codecanyon which has their own image background features and might support it.

As it has been told many times in the past, there’s a problem between Yoast SEO and VC with images. In fact, Yoast SEO doesn’t recognize all images of a VC page. Could you do something for this? I reached out Yoast SEO plugin and they told me they couldn’t do anything and you had to implement the fix.

VC recognizes some images but not all of them. For example, here is the page sitemap of my website: https://www.nutriting.com/page-sitemap.xml The sitemap indicates that this page https://www.nutriting.com/comprendre-la-nutrition-2/la-nutrition-en-7-lecons/les-proteines/ only have 4 images, but in fact it has way more than this. The only recognized images are those added within a text block. The other ones are added within an image block. Weirdly, on other pages, images from images block are well recognized…

Hi! So when updating from 5.4.2 to 6.7 the CSS disappears for responsive devices as mobile and tabloids but not for desktop. Also elements such as Slider Revolution also disappears. I have WP Bakery Page Builder it through a purchase of a theme. Seems that the js_composer can’t be updated manually so I had to do a backup. Is there a fix for this coming? Thanks! //Danny

Hi WP Bakery Team,
In WP Bakery’s backend editor it only shows “YOU HAVE BLANK PAGE START ADDING CONTENT OR TEMPLATES” even if the frontend shows the content.
Why is that and what can I do? I tried to install the classic editor and disable the Gutenberg but that didn’t fix it.

I got the plugin within the Woodmart Theme. How do I sort the POST GRID with swedish characters last? Now it´s shown first and that´s wrong.
Hello, Unfortunately, the grid filter does not have such an option by default. It will require some code customisation of grid filters to alter the sorting order.
