The CSS animation seems to be impossible to remove ones I’ve added one. After that I can’t get back to None. This happens in the “Call-to-action” element. If I choose to animate it, save the element and close it and then open the Call-to-action element again, the animation stays at None but the animation is still there. How can I remove it?

Hello Rohan, i tried on chrome and firefox same issue. my user role is called “Support account” which is below admin but above editor. i’ve never had this type of account before and i dont know if that may be issue. all the check boxes were applied for my user role. i have access to other sites and wpbakery works fine on those sites.
The issue was the “support” account. it is working for other user roles. thanks

Hello, As the license is purchased via codecanyon, in this case, you should import the license into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import. You can then activate the plugin license as per: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/activate-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress-license/

If you put the “hover box” inside of a tab in a tab that is not active, when you go to that tab hover over it (in Chrome) it glitches heavily. Is there a fix for this?

WP Bakery isn’t working with the latest version of Opayo Payment Suite for Woocommerce. The following error appears on console, on the Checkout page only, and all JS just stops working: https://i.gyazo.com/40ce8e1a580fe655bfebdf342a76b24d.png
Done all testing (plugin disables, theme changes, different versions of PHP, even different server etc) and the culprit is only WP Bakery that is causing the issue with Opayo Payment Suite only and vise-versa.
Can you please check the compatibility?

I can do this, but it will be on a clone site as our main site is using a previous version of Opayo, since there are active orders and the site is live.
The thing is, the clone site costs me per 24 hour usage, so I’ll need to know exactly when you team is ready to check things so I can quickly deploy it, update Opayo, and then send you the full details to avoid extra costs?

It is fine. Opayo fixed the issue after I reported it, as their previous plugin updated messed up the load priority of the checkout scripts, which conflicted with WP Bakery.
what will be cost if i want to add this page builder in my up coming theme ? for my clients
Hello, If the theme will be sold via marketplace, then the extended license will be required. However, if the theme will not be sold, then only a single regular license will be sufficient.

Since the latest version I’m facing an annoying issue. Hey, You have a bug in vc_gitem_create_link_real() function [include/autoload/params/vc_grid_item.php] which renders attributes for buttons [include/templates/params/vc_grid_item/attributes/vc_btn.php] and featured images [include/templates/params/vc_grid_item/attributes/featured_image.php] in post grids. You add “a …” markup in each condition logic in this function. Then in button and featured image code of post grids elements You have also added “a” markup… In final You have doubled a=”” in “a” markup. Unfortunatelly it causes that post grid button link isn’t clickable sometimes becouse of inside markups collision. Check it plz.
