Does this app installation has success page after filling the first page? I see in error log 400, 403 so just to check if I can login to admin when I clicked admin url then it asked for purchase code and after putting no success message again but login page. Point for asking is to verify if installation is done correctly or I should reinstall again. So far from phpadmin I see 6 tables.
Hi, yes I confirm it is ok you installation, but check if the chat is working because 403 can be an issue if related to Support Board ajax file

I found all green pass for system requirement and file permission when installing for the first time. You pushed an update but it didn’t work for me when trying to update. Also the attached picture from chat did not work. I will detail these in email. Thanks for your time.

Your installation doesn’t provide the right information about file permissions and give all greens that the main reason for this issue.
It is not something related to the product and you do not need to provide right information, it is just that your system have configuration issues, as stated via email, please contact your hosting support

What type of audio format does it support? As I have tested it with the images and the videos that work fine but, when trying to upload the audio it shows the message “The file you are trying to upload has an extension that is not allowed” any idea!

Hi, you can edit the allowed extensions easily by editing the file uploads.php in Support Board / include/ folder

Hi, it is not a bug, it just a cross-domain issue caused by the fact the you installed the chat on a domain different from the one where it is shown. Maybe you’re using an old solution, check this for solve it now: https://board.support/docs/#problems

A useful feature for next release when an agent need to be offline it should be include a button in the admin area to enable / disable option. This should be useful specially for company with only 1 AGENT so the message in case agent is not available switch. My suggestio is like in the screenshot: https://postimg.cc/k24F4pk7

Hi, the sorry sound is not available. We may add this feature in the future. The online area (https://postimg.cc/5j4HbCcV) show online users in real-time, to enable it activate Settings > Misc > Pusher or Users > Register all visitors.
Thanks, indeed both options I had enabled in my admin area. Probably I explained wrong I meant why not include the #number of online users in the ONLINE tab (in the example I shared you is not displayed: ONLINE (1) ).
