Hi, awesome solution. I’m looking to add links into my dialogflow replies. I see where i can add links to images and button via rich messages, but i do not see just urls on their own – am i missing something?
Just insert URLs as normal text and they will be converted.

i am using html website.. here using your chat. but your chat icon not showing all time.. after give hard refresh or use private browser your icon is showing .. when again i am visiting or reload page.. your chat i con again not showing.. last 15/16 days same issue..
You can not see the chat if you are logged in the admin area.
Private window is the right solution to test it 
no mate.. if it’s for admin area then hard refresh should not work… also i am using firefox browser.. and i do login from your web software which install from google crome
So there are other issues not related to the plugin otherwise it would never show. Maybe internet connection or chdck the browser consoles for errors
Do you think if the Chat button will move to another position if the user drags it away if it covers some content on the web page. If there is this function, it seems to be quite good

I’m having the same problem as hl1afg. I previously purchased / installed support board on this server, but removed it a while back as it didn’t meet our needs. I’m taking another look at is as I see some improvements (our support is still active). Like hl1afg, our install never completes – just spins at the bottom. The sb_users is saving the admin email address, but not the name or password. Followed the directions to save the password, but now when i got to login, it just goes back to the login page…Help!
ok, decided to install 3.19 instead – was able to install and load. i put in my purchase code and my dialog purchase code, click save, and boom – server 500 error. I installed to a different subdirectory – does that make a difference?
ok – was able to get it to work. i renamed to the dialogflow folder, was able to login, upgraded to the latest release, the renamed the dialogflow folder back and its working – please check on the latest installer. it has issues…

Hi, can you confirm that smtp works fine in version 3.3.4? I installed the updates and my mail stopped working, I had to replace all the files in the manual to version 3.3.2 and there smtp mail works without problems. Thanks in advance

You did not updated all files: download the last version (again) and I uploaded it and overwrite files.
Also, try to go to settings and save settings again.
I download and unzip overwriting ALL files. Error still persists!
