Hi. Creating a folder is problematic. Creating a folder takes more than 5 minutes. The website is on a powerful VPS. Do you have tips on how to solve it? Thank you!

If you experience the same behavior without Real Media Library, unfortunately the problem is not with Real Media Library.

Tip: Use e.g. “Debug Bar”(https://developer.wordpress.org/plugins/developer-tools/debug-bar-and-add-ons/) to find our with 3rd-party-plugin causes this performance issue.

always getting this message and hopelees tried a lot of things deactivating all the plugins and reactivating one by one and still have no more folders the i had to recreate

Message that i get:No folders found No folders have been created yet. Just click on the button above to create your first folder.

I found the issue which was not typical. So here is the thing, if someone is using cloudflare free or pro, the SSL should not be on flexible, it should be on Full and it fixes the issue right away. Hope this help to let you know. Thanks

in your WordPress backend, please go to Plugins > Real Media Library > Enter License. There, you can activate your license!

Hello, I installed the plug in after try the free version, but it does not do anything, if I deactivate the plug in I can see all my images, once I activate the plug in everything is white and only show “no media files found”

what is wrong? I did a reset already in the 4 buttons in media management.

Hi, then I misunderstood the license structure. Can you please process the refund? This is not a viable solution for me. I have several personal websites that I need to use, and I’ll goahead with the other option that provides lifetime unlimited license. I’m sure yours is a top notch plugin, but cost is also a concern. Hallo Support Team, wir haben euer Plugin bei unserem Kunden im gebrauch. Jetzt ist unserem Kunden ein Punkt aufgefallen der vorher funktioniert hat.

Erstellt man unter Beiträgen eine Galerie und fügt Bilder über die Mediathek hinzu, wurde noch vor einiger Zeit die Ordnerstruktur des Plugins angezeigt. Dies passiert jetzt nicht mehr. Kann man das einfach beheben oder ist dieses Feature von euch entfernt worden? Aus diesem Grund haben wir gerade den Support verlängert und ein Update durchgeführt, nur leider ohne Erfolg.

Ich freue mich auf euer Feedback.

Hi Matthias, ich ich gerade gesehen habe hat sich das Problem doch schon gelöst. Man sollte bei solchen Änderungen immer den Cache gründlich leeren :) Ich denke Du kannst das Kommentar hier komplett löschen ^^

I just got a critical error on my site that looks like this :

An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 6 of the file /var/www/wp-content/plugins/real-media-library/vendor/devowl-wp/real-utils/vendor/composer/InstalledVersions.php. Error message: Cannot declare class MatthiasWeb\RealMediaLibrary\Vendor\Composer\InstalledVersions, because the name is already in use

The site is down, but im not really sure why i got this. Could you please be kind enough to give any feedback on this one?

danke für Deine Rückmeldung. Ich habe mir jetzt HealthCheck installiert…. Auf die Idee hätte ich früher kommen können.

Die Ursache des Problems ist das „Revolution Slider WP Gallerie AddOn”. Also weg damit ;-)

Hi! Ich nochmal ;-) Jetzt ist alles so wie es sein soll. Bis auf… bei der Einstellung Größe: Vorschaubild ist die Darstellung leider sehr, sehr unscharf. Kann ich die Qualität hierfür selbst bestimmen? Der Ausschnitt “Quadrat” passt mir gut. Die anderen Größen sind entsprechend dem Original. Ich freue mich über einen Tip! VG Andreas

Hi Andreas! Leider kannst du mit Real Media Library keine Qualitätseinstellungen für registrierte Thumbnail-Größen konfigurieren. Hierzu müsstest du ein anderes Plugin installieren bzw. mit Custom Coding arbeiten. Sollte dir die Qualität eines Bildes jedoch “zu schlecht” sein, empfehle ich grundsätzlich auf einen Cloud-Dienst für Komprimierung zu setzen, wie etwa Shortpixel. Grüße, Matthias :-)

I see this can create galleries from folders, but can it also display a list of PDF files within a folder? And list them sorted by date uploaded? I am looking for something to use to automatically display meeting minutes on a page when uploaded to a folder.

Hello, I didn’t purchase the plugin but the previous developer did and I’m just using it and came across an issue. When opening woocommerce product gallery, no items found. But I know that the images are there because when I access directly media library I can see the images. As well there is problem with uploading images to product gallery. I add an image but its keeping spinning and doesn’t upload. I have tried disabling all other plugins on my website but did not resolve the issue. I’m running WP 5.8, Woocommerce 5.5.2 And WPRML 4.0.8
