Yes. There is such feature. Files are saved in WP content folder.
I want to use this popup inline to allow people to enter a “contest” (using the log to know who submitted an entry). My challenge is that the various questions will be rotating day after day. To do the “rotation”, I am using php code, but now I am not sure how to incorporate the shortcode within php code. Is that even possible? It would be so great if it could be used that way (a totally new way to use a popup!)
I managed to get it to work inside the php code, so that is wonderful (novel use of the popup!). However, I used a popup template that had a text field the user could fill to include a question or such. I do get an email notification, but I see that the contact information is not forwarded to AC. Where should I check that setting?
I am not sure what I did, but re-copied the html form and resaved everything and now it works.

Pre sales question: is it possible to do popups once a customer has added a product to their cart (WooCommerce), and on that popup have “Product X has be added to your cart” and suggest other products to add as well? Like what’s done in the WooCommerce Boost Sales plugin.

to be ahead of your reply I disabled async in settings page. there is no admin-ajax.php on gtx metrix and there is far less cpu usage from what I see. Whats the point of this async settings? What is it for? (if you could explain a little bit)
It is used for faster site loading. When you enable this feature, plugin initialized when user already see website. Search engines like this.

1. It’s just subtab. Math tab is selected by default when you open Popup Settings. It doesn’t mean that other subtabs doesn’t work. All of them works.
2. You created javascript handle which is executed after successful form submission, but your popup is not submitted, because it has empty page. Popup s considered as submitted when all pages are submitted. Remove empty page.

Really? On my side, 3 different devices, 3 different browsers, popup appears on every or every second page. Tried reset cookies, delete trigger, nothings help. Do you have some other suggest? It’s pretty annoying for end customers.
This is weird now. After sign up on one page, a popup appeared on another page. How that?
Really. I browse your site (tried several browsers) and I saw popup only once per browser (when I visited it first time). Please notice when you reset cookies it starts displaying again. I also noticed that you use caching plugin. Don’t forget to clear cache when you configured popup displaying.

I have had this plugin installed for years. On one site, I have it integrated with MailChimp. Today, I was checking the integration although everything SEEMS to be in place, when I tested by filling one form, the information was NOT sent to MC at all. I wonder if the migration from Layered Popup to Green Popup might have broken something? I have no idea since how long the integration is not working as expected.
Integration with MailChimp in Green Popups works perfectly. If you want me to check what’s wrong on your side, please provide access to WP dashboard. I’ll check.

I see a few templates in the library referring to social media but I don’t see any mention in the documentation, and the “social media” module mentioned in some of these comments is nowhere to be found. Has this been discontinued?

Yes. It’s the best way from my opinion. Only in this case you can adjust popup to look perfectly on mobiles and on desktops.

I enabled Sendinblue in Integrations tab at Popup settings and chose “After successful form submission” as execute option but I dont get a new subscriber on Sendinblue platform – do I need to map attributes here also? If yes, could you explain how to do it please or point me to a tutorial.
Also I need to make this as double opt-in as per GDPR regulations. Is there anything else I should change in popup settings? I would like that Sendinblue handles double opt-in transactional emails.

1. Of course you need map attributes. Otherwise how plugin knows what popup field where to submit. Mapping is pretty easy. For each Sendinblue field select appropriate popup field.
2. Plugin doesn’t support double opt-in driven by sendinblue, unfortunatly. You can use native double opt-in feature embedded into plugin: https://greenpopups.com/documentation/#chapter-double-opt-in-settings

1. Could you be more specific please or point me to documentation that has these infos? Please understand this is the first time I am configuring these kind of settings.
What do I have to enter for example in the field “Email” at section “Popup Settings > Integrations > SendinBlue > Attributes”? I entered “EMAIL” here because at Sendinblue settings page I can see that it is named like that. I did the same for fields LASTNAME, FIRSTNAME, SMS and OPT_IN but I still dont get a new subscriber at Sendinblue. Is this correct?
2. That is unfortunate. Does that mean that these emails will be sent via PHP or another mailer that is defined in Wordpress (in my case in plugin WP Mail SMTP)?
3. I noticed that “From” Email and “From” Name entered at “Popup Settings > Double Opt-In” does not work. Instead it uses the email and name specified in WP Mail SMTP plugin. Is this possible to fix this?

2. WordPress handles email sending. If you use WP Mail SMTP, then this plugin handles it.
3. “From” headers set by my plugin has lowest priority. If WP Mail SMTP or mail server change it, there is nothing we can do.

If I understand correctly the only place I have subscriber info about completed double opt-in is at Log section of Green Popups. It would be great if plugin could forward info about this when double opt-in is done. Do you think there is an option to add a new field DOUBLE_OPT-IN to attributes at Integrations > Sendinblue?

I encountering an issue with Stripe ipn and green popup payment. The payment goes through well in Stripe, it is recorded, and it communicates back to my website, because I see it in the logs. But, it always shows as “unpaid”, and the transaction log is empty. I use the ipn stated in your plugin, such as https://www.mywesite.com/?lepopup-ipn=stripe, the webhooks and signing secret.

I am using litespeed cache which uses a new functionality called guest mode: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/general/#guest-mode This does not prevent Green popups from displaying correctly.
When using the green popups plugin we send this message to me when you enter the page: lepopup.js requires jQuery to be loaded. Please include jQuery library above lepopup.js. Do not use “defer” or “async” option to load jQuery.
How do I prevent this message from being displayed. It is very important to solve it since this message is being shown to all the people who are entering my site.
Looks like you added defer to your jquery. You cant do it.
I excluded the jquery from the guest mode and for now it’s solved, but this overrides the functionality of the guest mode.
What should not happen is that this message is shown to my website visitors, regardless of whether the popup is not displayed properly.
I prefer not to load well and not expose my website visitors to this message, not to mention the security problems it can bring.
How do I prevent that message from being displayed in the future?
This message is not dispkayed if you load jquery correctly, i.e. withour defer attribute. It is necessary according to wordpress architecture.
