Hi, hope you’re keeping well. Thinking about buying another license for another site. Is it possible for the popup to appear when a user scrolls down the page, or even when they attempt to click off a page and leave the website?

Hi there. It’s no problem. Things happen. I’m currently testing your plugin on a local dev site so I can’t share access. May I ask – as in my support email – has your plugin been updated to work with Mautic v3 which is a big update with files/folders location changes? The error I see complaints about files not found which points to the plugin trying to locate nonexistent files/folders due to the v3 changes. Thanks
Mautic 3 was released over year ago and I have many customers who works with this version. But some of my customers had similar problem. It is related to Mautic installation. Step #1 helped them: https://mautic.org/docs/en/tips/troubleshooting.html

It’s not related to update. Seems you use WP Rocket. Make sure that you disabled “delay javascript execution”.

Why it wouldn’t work with wp rocket ?
Of course it works with WP Rocket. But you can’t use delay JS execution. Using this feature breaks WP native workflow.

Please notice. Popup is considered submitted when you pass all its pages. You created empty page without any elements or buttons, so you can’t pass it. Just remove this page and everything will work.
I can’t seem to find the right setting. I need to be able to set a cookie and set it to show the user once and reload again or show up again after 4 days. Lastly, upon loading, it takes about 5 seconds to load the pop-up. how do we make the pop up to load immediately upon page loading?
1. When you create target, you can set how often to display popup. Set it as Once per period. 2. Enable “Pre-load popups” on General Settings page.
Hi, Q1. How can I disable a popup from appearing on a page that another popup appear? FOr instance, I have 2 popups. 1 is set to appear sitewide while number 2 is set to appear on a specific page only, I want to be able to disable popup 1 on that particular page where form 2 only appears.

Just create one popup which looks good on desktop and another popup which looks good on mobile.
