Dear All,
I have purchased ZoomSounds player (8a75da0f-d070-4a28-91e5-ab2f3d599f68). So far, I like it – it adds a fancy look to the page and is easily customizable.
What I would like to do is to use the realtime spectrum analyzer during playback. However, before playback, the player is empty – this looks a bit like it was “broken”.
Is there a way to show the regular waveform when loading the page, and as soon as I press the “play” button, then the player switches to the spectrum analyzer? I have searched all FAQs but was not successful…

As you can see in the screen capture for the Artist title i can used an acf field, same for the Song title but i can’t have this for the sound. And it will be great to have it, but in the wait of to have it, i need to add the url of the shoutcast and it is impossible because when i click on this field i have to upload a file !
I’m having an issue changing the waveform colour. It makes no difference using the settings or custom css. How can I edit the colour and it actually make a difference? Thanks

Hi there. I am posting this in good spirit and in full transparency so that other potential buyers can see what is happening and how are you dealing with this.
I purchased this product a long time ago but the advertised function never worked.
I have demonstrated that I exactly replicated everything from your own documentation but Product ID issue and woocommerce remains. I have sent you a video where everything is clear but you are not responding.
In fact several people across years commented about the very same issue. Just above me another user reported same issue. Not everyone is silly or unskilled, part of your product simply never worked as advertised. And that is adding product to a cart is simply not working. Not by following your own documents, not by adding custom code snippets you share here, nothing is working and no it’s not that complicated to find Woocommerce product ID and add it to your widget. But it does not work.
Your response is always: renew support and then I will help. But this is wrong. It does not work like that. You can not sell me something, and then I troubleshoot the hell out of it, only to find it actually is not working as promised and then in the meantime you ask me for more money only to support what was promised in the first place.
You are selling something which is not working as advertised. I am leaving you a chance to explain yourself. If you will ignore me I will report your behavior to the codecanyon support and will ask for a refund even though years passed.

Hi, I tried adding a add to cart button with dynamic product ID in the footer player but it does not work. The ID that is added to the link does not correspond with the product and is static. Do you guys know how I could fix this?
Hi I still couldn’t get it to work. I am linking the audio to the product using the zoomsounds section on the woocommerce edit product page. I am not adding the audio in a post (like in the video).

I have a product grid with the overlay audio player which starts the footer player once clicked and I have a single audio player on my product page. I have added the sound file to the player on the woocommerce product settings page.

I’ve just bought zoomsounds to use it in Memberpress courses. Unfortunately, it seems that the zoom sounds player doesn’t work. I’ve check it in a “normal” page and it works but not in my memberpress courses. In Memberpress Courses nothing displayed when I put a zoomsounds player. Could you help me ?

1- Player is showing only in Legacy mode 2- On mobile I can’t see any of the waveforms 3- Loop a play button on shop page thumbnails is not working 4- Footer player is not working

Hi, I’m having an issue with play/pause using space bar. It only works when hovering mouse on the player area. If the mouse cursor is elsewhere on the page, the player doesn’t react but scrolls down the page instead. If I keep spamming space bar rapidly, it flashes the play/pause button for a millisecond but does nothing. Any way to fix this?

Players can be found under the “Esikuuntelu” button, which opens a modal with six preview songs. It’s slightly older version of the plugin on the production site, but I’ve tested the new version on localhost bandit behaves the same.

However a new issue arose from the latest update. Many of the players are randomly showing text similar to this: ceva3631Array ( )
This is also visible on the song preview page from the link above. Is there a way to hide these texts as the players seem to work fine?

I was able to “fix” the array bug. They appeared because each player on had been assigned a random ID between 1000-9999. Changed the random number range to 10000-99999 and the arrays disappeared. Apparently lower numbers cause some issues.

I have the last version of Wordpress and I’ve installed this Zoomsounds plugin. However, nothing shows in no page when use the shortcode provided. Also, when I click in View in the players I’ve created, it opens a new tab and say something like “Page not found… do not exist…”

Hello, I am using the Zoom player as the default WordPress audio player. I have it successfully counting and displaying plays, downloads and likes. I will eventually have about 500 podcasts on the site.
Is there a way to create/display a list of Most Liked, Most Played, Most Downloaded? Can I even see this data somewhere?

Did this plugin was some security problems in version 5.X (5.18)?
As my website was hacked in Feb 2021, but I saw it only now. Also, the hacker renames the plugin folder, and the plugin is gone from Plugins. Also, try to make some backdoors in wp-admin / wp-includes, and some custom folders.
Also, it is safe to use V6?
