Just a quick bug report. Inserting templates is not included in the undo/redo functionality. So if you insert a template you can’t click undo to remove the template content.

Pre-purchase question – Does this plugin work with google cloud storage? As in, can I use it for my images? I’ve seen on a few sites that the images work in the posts and pages, but will not show up in the news, blog, and other blocks.

I made a little plugin which will allow the CSS animations to trigger whenever the item becomes visible on the page as I’ve had many request for this. Not sure if you wanted to take a look:

Might be nice to have this functionality available in the plugin by default (maybe an on/off switch in the WPBakery General Settings).

The images in our image galleries don’t load unless you click on the navigation to view other images. It just shows a spinning circle until you click one of the dots (dot navigation) and then they load. We have them in a hidden row that toggles so I thought maybe that was the issue but when I took it out of the hidden row so it shows on landing, it did the same thing. I have the most recent version of he plugin installed. Any idea why it won’t load? We have caching on the site as well and that didn’t help.

Hello, You can include the WPBakery Page Builder within a theme to build content using it’s elements and features. The theme options panel cannot be built using it, but each of it’s element have their own settings panel.

I just downloaded this plugin and uploaded and activated it on my site. It immediately redirects the site to some malware. I deactivate the plugin and the issue goes away. What do I do?

Hello, It looks like the malware might have affected some files on your server. I would recommend getting the server scanned for malware to remove it.

It looks like you are correct, it is not the fault of WP Bakery. It is a second add on to your plugin that the theme used called “Kaswara Modern VC Addons”. I had a professional analyze the site and it looks like the hack is coming through a vulnerability in a plugin created by another user to add on to your plugin, it allows the entire site to be hacked.
Wordfence explains the issue reported here in April 2021. If you have an email list, I would strongly recommend you let your users know not to use this add on. It’s costing me two weeks and a lot of money to fix.

The issue is actually that if you are logged in as a super admin you can’t actually change any setting for any role. I recorded a quick video: https://a.cl.ly/yAurZ6dR [edited]
As you can see once you refresh the page the settings were not saved.
This only happens when logged in as a Super Admin, if you log in as a regular sub-site admin the settings save properly.
So essentially the super admin can’t make any changes to the user roles.
Hope that helps and thank you for all you do. WPBakery is one of the best page builders and it’s still extremely popular, would be great to see some enhancements in the future (like responsive design options, copy/paste sections, etc) but I know you guys are mostly dedicated to VC
