For some reason images are not showing up when I insert them into the following codes:

The image is active and appears for a single image insert.
Any thoughts?
Hi, the vc_team and vc_testimonial are not the standard elements of WPBakery Page Builder. These are custom elements added by the theme or a third party add-on.

On my Page Speed tests it’s asked to defer the load of unused CSS. The problem is that I found that most of that CSS is from your plugin, with all shortcodes and elements I don’t use on my website. Is there a way to make that load better, or just load the CSS I need?
I can see that a commenter described the problems very well, link here 3 years ago and you did nothing until now. Are you really looking at this, please?

Hello, Unfortunately, due to scale of the issue, we did not take it further as it required almost total revamp of the existing CSS and the way it is loaded. This in-turn can affect the existing elements and the one’s which are customised. We will add it onto list to check if anything can be done regarding the unused CSS.

Hi, I’ve purchased a theme with WPBakery Page Builder bundled and I believe I’ve found a bug which I’d like to report. I’ve been told it is not theme related, but plugin related instead.
If I open a front-end editor of a Post or a Page, the editor loads but I am unable to scroll the page at all (I am locked in position within initial viewport). After checking the console, this error is present: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () /wp-includes/wp-includes/js/jquery/ui/core.min.js?ver=6.4.1
If I check the files, the core.min.js actually is there, but not the 6.4.1 version. The file in wp-includes is 1.11.4.
However, I’ve noticed the duplicated “wp-includes” folder in that path, which could be the issue.
I’ve also noticed the 6.4.1 is the version of WP Bakery. I’ve tried updating it to version 6.6 but no luck, the same error except now it is trying to load the core.min.js with version number of 6.6.
I believe this JS error is preventing the scroll from working, making the front-end editor unusable.

Hello, It looks like a conflict arising from third party plugin/theme used at your end. Can you check the same at your end by deactivating rest of the plugins and using a default theme like twenty twenty one?

I am working with a textblock. I noticed once I change the font under the typography tab and then save changes, when I click the pencil to edit again, the popup dialog appears with nothing in it. I can no longer edit the text block. It only seems to happen when I change the font. I am selecting a google font Simonetta.

using your plugin in the lastest version and hav ea question regarding before & afetr slider. there is a label for both pictures and i have seen some pages wehere the lalebs are disappearing when hovering slider button. on my page the labels are still visible when i hover the slider button.
can you tell me how i can hide both labels when using slider button?

Hello, The before and after slider is not a standard element of the plugin. It is a custom functionality added either by the theme or a third party add-on used at your end.

Hello, As the license is purchased via codecanyon, in this case, you should import the license into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import. Thank you very much for your answer. The author of the theme is not cooperative at all. We offered him to pay extra for the elements but he won’t budge on anything. Really very sad. We don’t want to forget to mention that WPBakery is really a top product. It’s classes better than Elementor and we always wonder why people bother with Elementor as long as WPBakery exists.

This plugin has a bug. It requests in its CSS a image file (/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/lib/bower/lightbox2/dist/images/close.png) that does not exist in this folder.
