Hey guys, you said earlier “One client can be the part of multiple companies” = but this does not seem to be the case for employees. When the same email is used to add another account it gives error:

“The employee id has already been taken.” “The email has already been taken.”

Is there a fix for this?

Yes this is not th case. Employees will be part of single company.

hi, how can an employee work with different company accounts? if i integrate sub domain module, the same user can have different accounts in different companies?

Hey ajay138, I keep coming back here in the last 24 hours to check if you responded to my questions. I am noticing how you are responding to others after me and you are not even acknowledging my messages. You are responding to customers who have not purchased a license from you and skipping over my messages. I don’t understand why. Please explain. I hope it is not because I purchased from you and my support is expired. I am asking basic questions not asking for extended support. I will purchase addons and extended support anyways soon.

Hey Ajay, I renewed support for my license with you. But please note, there is a problem with creating a employee for more than one company.

When I create an employee for company 1 – and then I go to use the same email to add employee for company 2, I get this error:

“The employee id has already been taken.” “The email has already been taken.”

This shows that, if web designer or web developer wants to get access to work on multiple companies, how can they? Usually employees only use 1 email to work on multiple projects. Can this be fixed in WorkSuite in next update?

Employees and customers should be able to be employees and customers of multiple companies in Saas platform, right? Please let me know if you have plans to fix this?

Not possible in the next update but we will look into this.

When a customer-client goes to WorkSuite to make an account for a project. Can that same customer create another project – account – but keeping the same login information. So can a customer use the same login information for multiple projects?

I love this app! For clients with many leads/clients, it will be good if Excel/Csv import tab be added to add new leads/clients page – i mean bulk leads/clients upload. Is this something you are considering doing anytime soon?

Hi, actually i am quite like your theme when i trying the demo before.. however after i bought it , i found quite a lot of bugs, hope you could fix it..

those bugs, i think which is a serious bugs.

all the invoice template is extremely out of the page, some of the detail like the description is even not shown in the PDF. even i create the custom field which is also not successfully shown in the PDF.

i can say, i need to fix all the bugs before i can start to use your theme for building my website…

I updated new version, 3.9.2 manually but the previous version(3.8) is still displayed on dashboard and update pages in Superadmin mode. I have checked the success message of cache-clear and database-update. I can’t use the mobile app yet. What should I check and what should I do?

This happens when you have not replaced all the files required for the manual update.
