Hi, two questions before buying:
1) I have customers who signed up with woocommerce subscription plugin installed https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/ can I somehow migrate those existing subscriptions over if I buy Sumo Subscriptions and delete the woocommerce subscription plugin?
2) If I’m running a sale on a category, that gives 10% off, AND offering a 5% discount for anyone who signs up for a subscription, can I set it up in Sumo Subscriptions so that they only get 5% discount on the regular price? For instance, I sell coffee beans for $10. I run a sale for 10% off this week (which would cost customers $9). However, if they sign up for monthly subscriptions, I only want them to get 5% off going forward ($9.50), rather than based upon the discounted price of $9 when they signed up. Hope that makes sens.

1. It is not possible to migrate the existing subscriptions. But, by enabling SUMO Subscriptions for the product, the new subscriptions will work using SUMO Subscriptions and existing subscriptions will continue to charge using WooCommerce Subscriptions.
2. We have given subscription coupons and when a customer apply subscription coupons, then the discount will be applied for their subscription renewals.

I want to associate a product to a subscription, so i when add a specific product there will be 2 items in the cart, a product and subscription beeing that the subscription will be free in this scenario. Client only pays for the product in this scenario and the subscription is free for 1 year.

Subscriptions will be renewed automatically based on your subscription product configuration. For example, if you set the Subscription Duration as 1 Month, then customers whoever bought the subscription will be renewed exactly after 1 Month from the date of purchasing the subscription.

Well I guess what I’m really wondering is do I have any control over billing presentation. For example: say I’m offering something that’s $10 per month. So in this case I would ideally like to present it like this: ”$10 per mth (billed annually)”—instead of just flat out saying $120 per year.

Save and Update is not working, at least not for bulk action settings. I am trying to save settings in the bulk actions and the page just keeps freezing and then finally loads after a minute or so, which then shows a Save and Update button again but at the bottom with arrows spinning next to it. Then I try to click it again and it does nothing, just frozen. Needless to say, my settings there are never saved.

1. Go to SUMO Subscriptions > Settings > Bulk Action
2. In “Select Products/Categories” option, choose “Selected Products”
3. Select the products you want to disable the SUMO Subscriptions in “Select Particular Product(s)” field
4. In “SUMO Subscriptions” option, click “Update” checkbox and select “Disable”
5. Finally Save and Update

Subscription Expired emails will be sent automatically to the customers(it is not gateway dependent. It will be sent for subscriptions placed using any payment gateway).
The plugin will automatically sent manual/automatic renewal reminder emails to customers(you can customize when to send the emails).
You can customize the subscription emails by the same way how you customize the standard WooCommerce email templates.

Can a product have an option to just purchase the product 1 time (without a subscription) and also the option to purchase the product with a subscription? I bought the plugin today and it basically makes a good impression, but translating the languages is a disaster.
LocoTranslate does not work With PoEdit I can translate it but the translation is only shown in the backend, in the frontend it still says: Subscription Starts from Free Trial for the first 30 days Then 39,00 € for each 1 month
But here should be the translation from the de.po file

what if a client purchases a subscription using your inbuilt “SUMO Subscriptions – Stripe”, and then I disable that payment method, re-enabling the WooCommerce standard Stripe payment?
Will the subscription still be charged via the new payment method? Or do I need to keep active the same payment method the Client has used?

For programs 1) You can select the day and month that I want the subscription to start and the time. (with monthly renewal) 2) I can change the schedule. (Example I bought the 1 schedule, but the 3 accommodated me (6 schedules has the program))

It is not possible to give the customer option to choose when to start their subscription. But, when the customer purchase a subscription, it is possible for site admin to manually Activate the subscription.

1. This plugin supports any WooCommerce supported payment gateways for getting manual renewal payments. If you update the subscription order status from pending payment to processing/completed, then the subscription will be Active.
2. Yes, after removing the plugin from the old domain you can use it in new domain.
3. To give customer option to Purchase once/ Purchase as Subscription, then you can create variable product with one variation for one time purchase and other variations for subscriptions.
4. This plugin is translation ready meaning you can translate the plugin to any language.

First of all the plugin is not supported for Guest users. i.e. only logged in users can purchase a subscription product.
This plugin works on top of WooCommerce. Hence, WooCommerce plugin must be Active in order for SUMO Subscriptions to work on the site.
We haven’t checked with these plugins and we are sure whether it works or not. In case if the plugin doesn’t suits you, then you can take a refund anytime.
If you import all the content, subscription will be automatically assigned to the users. You don’t have to create them again in the new domain.

Hi, Our product works like this: the customer selects a weekly suscription of 2-3 or 4 recipes per week, of vegetarian o classic recipes and for 2-3 or 4 persons. (I understand that it is possible to select these 3 variable in the suscription). But then, each week, the customer has to choose the recipes (select the 2-3 or 4 recipes of the 6 recipes we offer each week) . How can we do this? Regards.

Hi, I am working on a client website and I see he is using your plugin for managing subscription. I see if there is multiple subscription products on the order then on the next order renewal it splits multiple subscription products on multiple order. Client wants to use one order on the next renewal, like the parent order. Is there any way to do that?

I am looking forward to achieving the following objective: Restrict content at the store and product level. For example, in order to view the store or product page, the customer has to pay $X as a monthly subscription fee or $Y as an annual subscription fee. The choice is theirs while they sign up for a subscription. Without choosing a monthly or annual subscription, they cannot view the product store or product page. By default, all the subscription should be auto-renew as it is a member-only store. Once they become a paid member, only then they can buy the products.
Here is the detailed step: 1. Step 1: Customer comes to the product page via google search 2. Step 2: The product page is content locked. All they see is the product name. The subscription form shows up. 3. Step 3: Customer pays for the subscription and gets redirected to the product page which they came from google 4. Step 4: The product page is unlocked 5. Step 5: Customer decides whether they want to make the purchase or not. 6. Step 6: The customer details is automatically saved to the email marketing list as soon as they sign up for membership. The following details are saved: Customer Name, Customer Email and Product URL to which they came via Google Search 7. Step 7: If the customer doesn’t buy the product, the system automatically sends them a follow-up email along with the product URL at an interval of 3 hours,12 hours and 48 hours.
I need to achieve the above objective for all the product pages at once. There are more than 20,000 products in our store and manually restricting the content for each of them one by one isn’t feasible for us at all.
Let me know which plugin fits my Step 1 to 5 and Step 1 to 7 requirements.

Using SUMO Memberships plugin, it is possible to restrict/give access to Products/Pages/Posts only when the customer has purchased a specific Membership plan.
Subscription form is not available. If a customer who have not purchased the plan comes to the product page, other than product name, no other details will be displayed, instead content restriction message will be displayed for the customer. Once the customer purchase the membership plan, the restriction message will be removed and they can purchase the product.
To get recurring payment from the customer, you can link the Membership Plans to the Subscription product so that the plan purchase can be renewed automatically.
Saving customer details to email marketing list, Product URL which the customer came through Google Search and reminding the customer to buy the product features are not available in any of our plugins.
