Hello, I would like a very customized invoice layout and I’ve also seen all the current layout don’t have a Purchase Order (P.O) number field which is very important in many official sales done.

I have gone through the proposed documentation [https://ultimatefosters.com/docs/ultimatepos/sales-sell/invoice-layout/] but it doesn’t show how this can be achieved and has very limited info. Kindly let me know how this can e acchieved if possible?

hi, We have found a major bug in your demo script… I have create few Departments, designation in HR module.. after when you go to the POS, you can see these Departments, designation categories along with product categories.. please fix it,

1 – Is there a way to turn off all sounds/audios in the system????
2 – And also, is it possible to change thousand separator form coma (,) to Full stop (.)?? That is more appropriate for french.

The last time I checked ur software demo i found out that lots have changed this moment 1. I cant see bulk edit again. 2. When doing stock transfer I can’t see the section to put unit price again. There are just lots of things missing. All the functionality that is making me want to buy it now is not in your demo

I want to add size and color to a product for example tshirt color blue and size M quantity 10. Is it possible in ultimatepos?

After buying most of your addons and also inviting others to buy. I need this help from you and I will appreciate it is available in the next update. Not everyone is using UPOS for sales of items, many use it for professional services and the following will be helpful>

• Make the product name a bit bold on Normal printers except the Slim Invoice layout. This allows our clients to differentiate between the Product name and the product description on Classic, Elegant invoice layouts
• Allow us to use paragraph on the Product description. Sometimes we want to itemize some details on the invoice description using paragraphs. Presently, it joins all sentences together on the invoice and long sentences will now look bad.
• Kindly work on PDF invoice attachment with email notification
• If possible, allow email notification tracking so that we can know if it was received and open. This is available on Perfex CRM

Pre-Sale I was testing the Stock Product Alert to inform me what items I need to reorder. Does it just give you a list of the items or is there further automation to create an automatic PO’s from different Suppliers. I am trying to avoid manual PO creation.

Also does it have any concept/intelligence of knowing what is on order so it can hide products that are low on stock but have been ordered ?
