With extended license you can install it in a server and multiple businesses can subscribe to you by paying monthly/yearly fees and use the system. This helps you to gain monthly/yearly subscription fees.
For offline woocommerce won’t work 100% but some features will work.
For offline you can connect computers via LAM network to use it from multiple computers.
