Hi Dear, After 3.9 updating i found one problem. Maybe this problem is not only for me.
Problem is: When a customer makes a new order with an old save address, then shipping cost is $00. Because, City wise cost updated only for new address save, but not for old save address. And customer old address edit option not available. I think this is not a normal problem. Thanks.

what is the benefit of amazon s3 file system
Amazon S3 makes files more secured, safe and reduce load on server.
User when session is used in basket operations When he logs in from a different device, he cannot see the product he added to the basket in the basket.
It would be better if the save basket option can be selected as Session or DB from the admin panel.
Or DB if the user is logged in If not login, it may save as Session.
