We removed direct image insert option for some reason. If you insert image through that option, that image will be directly inserted into your database as base64. That means if you use multiple images with large size, your database size will be increased & you shouldn’t do that. You can use image link after uploading via uploader and copy link of that image. Hi Dear, After 3.9 updating i found one problem. Maybe this problem is not only for me.
Problem is: When a customer makes a new order with an old save address, then shipping cost is $00. Because, City wise cost updated only for new address save, but not for old save address. And customer old address edit option not available. I think this is not a normal problem. Thanks.

This option is not commonly required. If you want for your website you can customize for your own.
